Started smoking a pipe again last month after a 15 year absence and I needed a new pipe and they have a good overall basic collection. They have about 25 blends of pipe tobacco. They have some fantastic blends from Irish sunset to their own AVVA 1-3. The staff is what impressed me most. They are knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. Stores like this is a pleasure to do business with. I was so impressed that within 1 week I bought 2 pipes and a good 1 1/2 lbs. total of the aromatic pipe tobaccos The great part of this store is that it is located right on the north face of the Lancaster mall. Very easy for the in and out customer I will be a repeat customer.

Being a pipe guy myself, I was somewhat disappointed that the selection of pipes and tobacco was fairly limited. However, I see what they are doing, and if you are looking for a good place to buy cigars or a nice wine I would recommend it. They do have some pipes and tobaccos, so dont lose heart their either. To be honest, I like the fact that the occasional guy will be smoking his pipe in the shop. It adds to the ambience. I gave it a five because in Salem there are so few quality tobacco shops and its a decent place.

If you are looking for a great cigar shop, with the added bonus of fine wines, this is the place for you. Ive been a patron for about 10 years (ever since I first started smoking cigars). The owner, Sadeh, is exceptionally friendly (he remembered by name after I came in for only the second or third time), and all his employees are knowledgeable and personable. They all know my preferences and almost always recommend something great. They have a great lounge to escape and enjoy your stick too.

The owner and his staff have been working for years to gain a clientele that is the average Joe. Very down to earth and awesome to deal with, no matter what your cigar knowledge is. Saydeh (the owner) and the many regulars will help you if you need it. The smoking room is top knotch with a large screen tv, cutters and torches for your needs. Definitely the best cigar shop around for miles.

Been going here for my pipe tobacco for about 2 months now. Main checker Rocky is amazing. The young kid in there is a prick who doesnt know basic customer service. Always ask for Rocky!
