Thursday morning I was looking for Aval Pota, an Oregon produced apple whisky. Though only one other customer was in the store, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. When I asked an employee if they carried Aval Pota, he replayed in a sour tone that hed never heard of it. When I tried to explain what it was he rudely replied "we dont have it!". Another employee hurried over and offered advise on how to get information about a product. In the future, I will shop at the Beaverton Town Square store where the service is always outstanding.

Nobody there to help. Guy at the counter too busy. Not very good customer service. No discernible line. Just a bunch of people standing around trying to figure out whos next. Guy at counter was very aloof. Just go to another one. The one at Murray & Allen is so much better. Always plenty of people to help and plenty of cash registers open.

I am not a huge drinker, but Ive been 21 for about 6 months now. Whenever I ask anything, their staff seems to know what they are talking about. They are honest if they havent tried one of their products, and will explain why they havent. Honest staff, clean environment, convenient location. Only liquor store I want to return to.

Decent selection but unfriendly staff. I was repeatedly asked to move so the employees could get into the back room, since the Scotch section is kind of blocking the door, but not once did anyone ask if I needed any help.

They didnt have the bottle of whiskey I was looking for but the staff was helpful in asking me questions to figure out what else could suit my taste. Dont find that in many stores.

Unfriendliest, most bizarre staff I have ever seen in a store. I only go there when its getting late, Id rather drive to King City.
