I transferred my prescription to this location from another company. As my profile was being set up over the phone and old phone number to my parents home pulled up. The asked if it was current and I advised no and update my current number. When the prescription was ready they called my parents number to notify. I called the pharmacy to correct this and was on hold for quite a few minutes prior to phone being picked up. When it was picked up they mustve placed me right back on hold before and then was hung up on prior to even getting a "hello". After calling yet again and finally getting a chance to explain the issues I experienced, they offered no apology or even acknowledgement of the events advised my prescription was ready and if I had my insurance card on me. Horrible service.

Worst service Ive experienced at a pharmacy. Dropped prescription off and was told it would be an hour. Five hours later (and we had to wait as we were on the road on the way to Mentor for a soccer tournament) we got the script. We werent even waiting the longest. People were there since 930am and not getting scripts until 6pm. Nearly every person had an issue; waiting too long, all scripts not being filled, lost scripts, etc. If I lived in this area, I would NEVER give this place another chance. The pharmacist should be fired. Her poor staff had to deal with angry and frustrated customers on the front lines, and I didnt see her even one time come out to talk, apologize or explain the backup to a waiting customer.

Completely ignorant and rude staff. I got there once at 7 pm (not midnight or so) and saw a line of 10 customers to the pharmacy with only 1 pharmacist at the counter. I ask to talk to the manager, he came and said he didnt care as he was not in charge of the pharmacy. On the request to introduce himself he said his name was Mike and that CVS rules dont oblige him to give his last name. When I insisted, he said I had attacked him. Ive never seen in this country someone treat customers like that. I have switched this pharmacy for another one after that.

After years of dealing with their poor customer service I am finally just switching pharmacies. I just went to pick up a prescription that the doctor had called in and when they arrived they said "yeah, we are out of that medicine. We will probably have it back in a week or so." Which for an antibiotic is really not helpful. I asked why no one had called me to let me know and she just shrugged.

I transferred my prescriptions over to this CVS 4 years ago and have never had a problem getting them filled quickly. I have visited the minute clinic there a couple times and they send the prescriptions in and its always been just a short wait. It makes me believe the other two bad reviews were from a competing pharmacy and the people were never there

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in my 51 years on the planet. How has this company not stepped in and made some changes? Someone has to step in and change the culture here. PLEASE

Unbelievably atrocious pharmacist, the tech was fine. Pharmacist was unwilling to help with any questions, all questions were answered with "not my problem" or blank stares and hostile non-verbal communication.

Atrocious. Expect the worst and even then it is still unbelievable inefficient and slow. Find a different place to get your prescriptions done!

Really clean organized location. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the managers are knowledgeable.
