This is specifically geared towards the pharmacy. Ive gone to this pharmacy quite a few times, but the last 3 times now the following has happened. Once I went 45min before closing, once was 42 min before closing, and most recently was 35min before closing. Basically, the same interaction each time. I pull up to the drive through, and tell the clerk, "hi, Im dropping off." "When would you like to pick up?" They ask. "As soon as its ready would be great" I respond. Well, the 1st of these 3 incidents (approx. 3 months ago) the lady responds, In a very snippy tone, "Well its not going to be ready till tomorrow." I said, "ok, Ill just take it to another pharm." The 2nd lady said, "Im sorry, were swamped I could have it for you first thing in the morning." I could tell she was having a rough day and even though her tone left a lot to be desired I said, "that will be fine". And most recent and over all stunning incident, the lady literally laughed at me, and then said, "We close in 20min. We cant have it ready till tomorrow." Staying as calm as I know how, looking directly down at my clock then back up at her, I said "you close in 36 min, I believe?" The lady gave me a glare that you would have you think I insulted her first born child, and then said to me. "Soooo, tomorrow." . . . So, my first qualm with this branch is: the customer service is awful. Even some of the succesful visits Ive had, they dont feel very welcoming at this pharmacy; and, it is like its a chore that they have to help you and do the job they chose to have. I give the second person in this story a pass. She at least tried to be polite and offer a solution, which is the reason I filled my script on that visit. The first and third ladies however, they made me feel like I was impeding on their job, which they applied to and accepted, I left to another pharmacy both times. This cost myself time and your company a lost sale. Which leads to my second issue If there is a policy that says you cant get prescriptions filed after a certain time, why isnt it posted. There are times where it has only taken 15 min to get a script filed. How do I (the customer), know I cant get filled when Im 36 min OR more with in your "OPEN" hours. Even pizza shops have this figured out as most of them stop taking orders 15 min before they close. Sorry to rant but this place is in my neighborhood and it was very upsetting how the employees treated me. I vowed this last time to myself and wife, that I wont be returning to this location. My solution is for you to put a policy in place for closing hours 45 min before you dont take drop offs for immediate pick up. And furthermore spend some money on getting your employees some customer service training. Thanks if you made it this far.

Ive watched this cvs screw up my wifes prescriptions since they opened 6 years ago. She finally gave up and went elsewhere. I stuck it out until now. For the past year Ive had nothing but problems getting my prescriptions refilled at all, much less on time. My Doctor is always prompt in writing my prescriptions. If I call my Doctor, the prescription is at cvs with in an hour to be filled. I have been using the service cvs offers to have them contact my Doctor for refils just because it was convenient, but for the past year cvs claims that my Doctor doesnt respond to their requests so I call my Doctor and am told they never heard from cvs and that other patients that use cvs are having the same problem. I trust my Doctors word on this because I watched cvs screw up my wifes prescriptions for so long. Im going to Walgreens. Cvs needs some serious management shake-up. Ill never go back. Im tired of running out of my medications because someone at cvs is lazy and not getting the job done.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to this is my 3rd month trying to get my rx filled and I am on day 5 without my medication. I have been told I cant help you. Im to busy. Your insurance is in active and had to pay out pf pocket just to have them reimburse me the next day because they would not call and verify coverage. There are needles and bloody cotton balls all over where they give the flu shots. They are plan out rud unhelpful and dont care if they did their job wrong. Every person in the pharmacy should loose there jobs!

I give the cashier at the front door 5 stars. Always says hello and goodbye or how are you....the Pharmacy has a plethora of problems and attitudes...the pharmacist is rude..the people who work at the desk- no eye contact-speak or mutter. They are out of the drugs and you have to return. My insurance says CVS-I am used to Walgreen Drugs.. so I am spoiled. Some one from CVS needs to get in there and turn the place around.....John was always pleasant-but he was transferred.....HELP

This pharmacy is just a wreck. The staff is very very rude the prescriptions are never ready on time. The price is always wrong they incorrectly run it through on insurance. This is an ongoing month to month problem. They never auto refill or contact the doctor to refill. Go to Walgreens. There staff is friendly and prescriptions are always ready and much cheaper. Ill never have CVS fill another one of my prescriptions.

The pharmacy people are extremely rude. I have been hung up on twice and left in gold for hours. I finally went to the store and complained but if course the no one would admit to taking my call. Do yourself a favor and find a place that isnt filed with people who think they are better than you.

pretty typical as a drug store, however the bathrooms are behind a locked door so you have to find someone to open it, then then fun begins. it is a wreck. it looks like a bad Beirut had station bathroom. pretty filthy and had the toilet paper sitting on the floor.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever delt with. The pharmacist is so RUDE! They just lost a customer because i will never go back! Was forced to switch to cvs because of my insurance. Man do i miss Walgreens!!! CVS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACE EVER!

Everybody is nice at this store. I see Sonya Vance at the pickup window when I get prescriptions for my wife and myself and she is polite and efficient. I forget the store managers name, but he is always friendly.
