Wonderful! Followed all sanitary guidelines to a T for my daughters earlobe piercing. The female worker (Jax? Jaques? I should have asked her to spell) was so friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions as soon as we got there. When my daughter got to the back she heard a tattoo machine running so J allowed her to take her time and get comfortable b4 starting. After the first ear J allowed us to go get ice cream so my daughter could "get brave again" to do the other. She was so patient and understanding for us and even gave my daughter a tinkerbell "tattoo" after all was said and done. Personally I have been here for 2 tattoos and lip piercing in the past few years and every time its just as awesome. Ask for Jax for piercing little ones ears.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My fiance & I visited this place last Saturday afternoon. The guy working that day was lazy, complained about his commission, the business & the owner. He was very disgruntled & should be fired. He wanted to overcharge for the tattoos, because as he stated "I dont make any money from this". Thats not our fault. Heres the kicker, we had current "Body Revolution" coupons from their website, but he said he couldnt accept them because he would make even less money. We ended up walking out due to his horrible customer service. Afterwards, we drove to G&G in downtown Willoughby and got out tats!! We will NEVER visit this place again.

So it has been quite a few years, so I can only hope they have gotten new piercers in there since I got my nose done. Guy was a total tweaker who wanted to pierce the edge of my nostril and thought I wasnt smart for wanting it in the corner. Please folks, with any shop, pay close attention to the person about to modify your body and if something seems suspicious, get the courage leave. Straight up tweaker. Sincerely hope theyve hired better (and sober) people, but I refuse to go back to find out.

Awesome experience today! Noah did a great job on my Daith piercing. He was very clean/sanitary had me in and out. He is definitely professional and knows what hes doing, I was in the middle of a migraine episode and was able to get some relief from my new piercing(by the way, I love it). I would recommend him and Body Revolution to a friend or family member!!!

Ive gotten 5 tattoos done at this place with plans for a 6th coming soon. Brooklyn has done all those tattoos and I can honestly say I couldnt be happier! Im very pleased with all my tattoos. Hes very easy to talk to and open to many ideas. Hes also very kind to those getting their first tattoos done as he did my first tattoo. Highly recommended!

Got a matching tattoo with my best friend here by hotdog and he did an amazing job! It was my friends first tattoo and she was super nervous on the way but the atmosphere of the shop and the people working made it really enjoyable. Definitely a great experience, and I will continue going to hotdog!

I have gone here several times to exchange out my earrings (12 labret style earrings all with screw on balls) and once for a piercing. Staff is nice and helpful. Very clean. I will be going back soon for another piercing.

I love this place, however, I am disappointed with the fact that my daughters cartilage piercing ball fell off the evening she got it done. I really hope that they will replace it at no charge!

Wife went to get a nose piercing and the guy was nice but then went and got the phone with his already gloved hands. Then proceeded to pierce her nose. Just not clean.
