Their frames are more then double what you can pay at on line frames retailers. I recently tried to buy glasses there and the guess frames that they were charing me $189.00 for were only $75 on line. I asked the representative to match the price and she told me that she couldnt because of my insurance...So you have to rip off my insurance company too? My insurance covers up to $130.00 on frames, they could have at least brought them down to that price. I mean we are not talking about 5 or even 10% more...we are talking about more than 100% over what you can pay on line. If youve ever wondered why insurance costs are out of control...This is one of the reasons why, they are maximizing profits at my expense as in (out of pocket ) as well as my insurance carrier. This drives up rates, and we all pay more for insurance. This is sooo enraging, not just as a consumer, but as an insurance paying American. If anyone from Visionworks cares about their reputation....address this. Because I am going to tell my story to every one i can...on and off line.

The only reason I put "good" for the service was because the manager was nice and gave me ALL my money back. I purchased glasses from them. Got home and realized the frames were not the correct color and had a scratch on them. Went back the next day. They were nice about fixing the frames but them I get home and realize when they took my lenses out and put them in the correct frames they scratched and cracked the lenses! So, I go back the following day and got all my money back. I will not recommend VisionWorks nor use them ever again. I felt like they were focused on getting costumers in and out instead of making sure the jobs were done right. Both times I was there I felt this.

i visited this location and the caucasian lady LIED to me saying I HAD TO BUY MY CONTACTS FROM THEM....she even went as far as calling them pretending the insurance confirmed that i had too...soooo i politely called my insurance company asked them what was that all about...my insurance company said....noooo you buy cntacts wherever you want to buy them.....EXACTLY... then i asked her to call them back and put them on speaker this time....this was a while ago..... but still.... why lie...dum $&@$$.... ....

Okay. I got two Armani glasses there for 395 bucks. I did all the math with the buy 1 get 1 free on the glasses and basically yes they do profit more but they only profited off of me around 25 bucks. Its not bullshit. The people that go to this place only buying a pair of glasses and not two will have paid that price for one. You guys are suckers who must not be able to read. The only reason I go there its because of buy one get one free. Annnnnnnnd

My husband and I both got glasses from Vision Works. It was an excellent experience all around and were very pleased. After I got home I realized I needed the progressive lenses. I called and they said no problem, just pay the difference and they will change them. The people are extremely competent and nice. I would recommend them to anyone.
