I had to have glasses done quickly due to an eye condition so I could return to work. I came to vision works ,because they said could be done same day. 8 days later still no glasses , they dont bill insurance so out of pocket expence. Lost a weeks worth of work and still dont have glasses. Best part is they tell me after taking my money that it will take a few days to get glasses ready, when I called on day 8 to inquire if they are ready for pick up and complain I am told a manager will be in the following week and to call back. I will never again use vision works and never recommend them to anyone I know

The service at Visonworks is awful. As I write this review I am waitingin (and have been for twenty minutes) in the store to pick up a pair of glasses. Glasses I ordered 13 days ago. I was told to expect a call from them when they were ready. That call never came and only one of the two pairs of glasses I have ordered are ready.

I went to several eyeglass places to look at frames. I was impressed by the huge selection of frames and also the customer service. I have bought 3 pairs of glasses (all from different places) and the pair from here have the best lenses. I will definitely be going back.

I havent purchased glasses from here but had an eye exam done today. They were able to schedule me for a same day appointment. The doctor was extremely kind, patient, and informative. I didnt have to wait at all once completing my paperwork. Will definitely return.
