The store is a complete wreck, there is stuff everywhere and not one of the employees will pick things up. When I asked to speak with a store manager I had to wait a hour to speak with them with a concern about a product that was going to be there yesterday. The manager Sam got very rude and slammed the door to the back stock room in my wife and I face. If you need anything from dollar general please go to the one in twinsburg, they are more professional and the store is cleaner then Northfield. After our experience with Northfield we went to twinsburg and got to speak with the manager of that store and he apologized for our experience in Northfield and said if we needed anything else to come to his store and he would take care of us. Please avoid this store.
