I am a local fairview park resident, and our goodwill is the best around. Great deals can be found due to the staff having no knowledge of trendy brands. I purchased a virtually new pair of $225 pair of Maui jim sunglasses for $3 in the random sunglass basket, but they had a pair of knockoff D+G sunglasses in the case for $15! Now, goodwill only gives extra discounts on weekends and has done away with the weekly colored tags, which really sucks! Also, a big pain in butt, there is this staff member guy that, starting at 5pm on sundays, has to announce the time EVERY 5 MIMUTES to try to rush you out of the store, and starting at 5:30, reminds you to get your items to the register so they can close promptly at 6!! Are you kidding me??!

I came up to Ohio to help my cousin empty out her house because she is sick and moving to a condo. The man who took the donations was the nastiest surliest human I have ever met. My cousin could not lift anything and it was a struggle to get him to come out of the truck to help. Never a thanks, never an offer of a receipt. Needless to say after three trips we found another charity to donate to. Being raised in Florida I know when I donate I am going to meet nice people who are accommodating.

Best Goodwill I have been to in this area when it comes to selection... however the prices are insanely high compared to other Goodwills (and thrift stores). The prices are more like an upscale resale shop rather than a thrift store meant to help people. Im sorry, Im not paying $8 for an old, busted up alarm clock that was $.50 at a yard sale! Yes, the sticker was still on it! They still dont have any high end stuff... all that ends up on eBay or their Shopgoodwill site to get maximum $$$$.

They have a huge selection of housewares, kitchenware, clothes, shoes but they are to over price for a Goodwill donation store... I prefer to go to another thrift store and save more people cant afford high prices on all this stuff and thats one of the reason people go to this thrift shops to try to save and get a little of nice stuff... And this store its taking advantage of that!!!! No good!!!

The prices at this place are outrageously high... $7 for a t shirt. The front cashier said "this cant be right" and the other cashier said "that should be a dollar, someone goofed up" and the manager came up and said "if thats what they priced it in the back then thats what it is". What a joke! Its a THRIFT STORE. ITS DONATED!! And I know they sell stuff on ebay too.

I am a thrift store junky and this is my favorite store in the area. Have found many great things thru the years there....one of my favorites is my suede Coach bag for $40. Another is my Dyson vacuum! Like any thrift store, you have to dig & search, some days are better than others, but there are treasures to find. The staff is great!

Despite this being a well run, well organized Goodwill outlet I cannot recommend either shopping or donating here. Goodwill is a privately held organization with a name that suggests that it helps the poor. However, the only help the poor receive from Goodwill is to be one of their low wage employees.

The most expensive thrift store on earth. Its ridiculous how goodwill allows this owner to put these ridiculous prices on stuff that gets donated at that same location. And there is never a good find!!! So they probably do sell all the good stuff through the back door!!!

The prices are ridiculous. Clearly they are trying to make the shoppers pay for their massive face lift last year. Unbelievable what they are asking for donated items... Especially for a "for profit" thrift store. Not impressed.

The prices are ridiculous. The bald troll who manages the store sells almost all the valuable donations to her friends who are antique dealers out of the back room. She is the rudest woman I have come across anywhere.

Mostly junk items priced way too high, toys and books are about the only OK deals left here. I cant help but think anything remotely collectible that comes in ends up on their goodwill eBay site.

Small selection and way over priced for a thrift store. $5 for a pair of used kids shorts is ridiculous. Could have gotten brand new ones at walmart for the same price. Not going back.
