I had a bad exp with them I needed a head for a car and I called them on Monday January 30th and was told they had one in stock and it needed to be taken off the car.... I gave my number and was told they would call me when it was ready that was at 9:30 Monday morning I went over there late afternoon to see if it was ready and it wasnt I was told it might be done before closing so I waited 2 hours and still no head so I decided to wait until Tuesday morning to call back and when I called I was informed that they took 3 heads off and they were no good and that they was still looking and they would call me back....That was Tuesday mid morning and I still have not heard a word from them.... So I opted to drive to Dayton Ohio to get the head I needed for my car it only took them 45 minutes to get me my part and they guaranteed it would work.... D&S used to be a great place to get car parts cheap and reliable but there customer service is in need of a overhaul I hope they can get it together....

Worst possible service Ive had anywhere. Extremely rude! Since I live an hour away I called before going to be sure they had the part I needed and was told yes and given pricing. Get there and given different pricing, higher of course before then being told that they did not even have the right part. So it then being noon on Saturday was not able to locate the part anywhere else before everywhere closed and am stranded til Monday when I will be calling off work to fix my vehicle. The place is a JOKE. Do yourself a favor and continue up 125 about 15 minutes to Vandemark who Ive been to numerous times with great service and upfront.

Very rude ! Guaranteed me my money back if the engine I bought didnt work, well its a bad engine and I called back up there a week later and they said I cannot get My money back but they will give me a new engine. But then said they will have to let the car that has the new engine in it run to make sure its a good engine and if it isnt they will look for another one. Nowhere on the receipt does it say no refund ! It says 30day warranty . I just want my money back. And they say the boss wont be there till Monday ! Bunch of bull if you ask me. Oh and they are very very rude !

Horrible place, very rude customer service they dont know anything about cars or how to get the correct parts without damaging them. I was treated like crap by them and ended up having to put a toggle switch in my car to get the part they gave me (wrong part) to work for my car. Will never go there again! I warn everybody against going there, if you do go there make sure they give you the correct part before you pay!

Rude unprofessional hill jacks. They posted cardboard return policy inconspiciously on the back wall, as to be unseen while the conspicious return policy posting at the counter has different terms. They stole $125.00 or 25% for restocking on a obviously faulty transmission they sold me. The owner would never return my calls and on my last attempt to fix the matter their manager said,"see you in court".

Many Many parts to choose from. I found a low mile engine at a great price and they have a mechanic on site too. If Im not mistaken they probably have 100s of cars and 1000s of parts.
