My first time coming to this place since I moved here back in 2010 has been great. Not once have I experienced an issue with any of the employees or docs. Now, Ive only seen one doc since Ive been coming here, Angela Beal, hopefully I spelled your name right..... She is fantastic, very nice and will help you any way she can. Now, its been a good 2 1/2 years since my last appointment. Angela remembered me, I knew this cause she pointed out a issue I was having years ago with contacts. Was surprised Angela was still at this location, in which I was very happy to see her!! The 2 employees on the floor were so nice that its to the point i felt like friends with them by the time i left. All out great place to go for glasses and or contacts. Thanks guys. See you soon to pick up my new glasses.

I have to rave about my great experience at Sears Optical at Polaris. My Vogue glasses get lots of compliments, and I can see very well with them. The price was affordable and the glasses are excellent quality which was important to me. The frames are really lasting well. I even used the warranty after inadvertently scratching my lenses, and it was easy and convenient to replace the lenses. I liked Sears Optical so much that I recently took my son there too. They had helpful advice about buying contacts AND glasses to get our full insurance benefits. He picked out classic vintage frames called Outdoor Life and they suit him perfectly. They were a great deal. I highly recommend Sears Optical at Polaris. They are fantastic!!

This place is crooked. A women there told my wife that if she cancelled her appointment there would be fees/charges that she would have to pay. What a scam! Please avoid at all cost.
