I had already told myself I wouldnt be shopping in this establishment ever again after this guy over charged me by 10 dollars the 1st time and tried to fast talk me telling me he would give me a 2$ sample of edge control to cover my 10 dollars! He is very fake, acting like he is professional and cares about his customers. The whole time he is smiling in your face he is preparing to stab you in the back. Against my better judgement I went back 6/9/17 to get a couple of bundles in which he had previously told me I would get them for a certain price and get free color and gloves. Sure enough he begins talking fast trying to distract me from what he is ringing up. Some how my 3 items skyrocket to 125$ So I ask for my receipt that he cant seem to produce. So I said dont worry about I go to my car to add this up and this guy overcharged me by damn near 20$! When I go right back in he got every excuse in the book for why my items arent adding up and offers me some 99cent earrings for my money. WHAT?!?! He also had the audacity to tell me he cant give me my money back. But he was going to give me my money !!!!! After several minutes of arguing he reluctantly refunded my money saying oh it was a mistake. This was no mistake... please believe it. Imagine how many times a day he is cheating his customers out of 10 and 20 dollars each. No mistake, this is his come up. I promise that was the last time he tries to finesse me out of my hard earned money. And Ill surely tell everyone I know how shady this character is. He tries to win you over saying Im giving you a deal when in reality he is greasing you up. What kind of fugazi cash register doesnt print receipts?... The kind designed by a con man to cheat all of his customers. Im astonished to read all of these reviews after my aggravating experiences at this store. I wish I would have read them first! He will never get another penny from me! Ladies, you have been warned. I truly hope he doesnt reply with a fake apology because he has done this to me 3times now so trust me hes not sorry. But he will be when he loses all his customers.

WISH I COULD give A "0" STAR. I have never experienced the shenanigans from any store the way I have here. I have been going to this beauty supply since it opened. Never had a problem until new management came along. The 1st time I saw the new manager there were sales flyers on the counter and I saw what I was buying was on sale in the flyer. When he rung me up It was not for the sale price clearly advertised. I said "wait isnt this on sale" ( I was buying 5 hair dyes which was $1 less in flyer) he said "No thats only if you have the flyer". "Umh hello Im clearly standing here with the flyer." He then said "no I put them in the bag so you have to bring the flyer back to get it." Now Im standing here thinking. Do I trip over this $5 savings..... n if he wants to put them in the bag and for someone to come back with them to get the sale price THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE THEM CLEARLY SITTING ON THE COUNTER FOR CUSTOMERS TO GET. AND ITS NOT A COUPON AND DOESNT STATE TO HAVE THE FLYER. WHO PRINTS SALES ADS AND DO NOT HONOR THE SALES DUE TO THEIR OWN RULES? But I am a watchful person Ill give you a few strikes and the benefit of doubt. My niece bought hair from here more than once. Some of the worse hair ever for the price was ridiculous. I couldnt believe it. Then my friend from Atlanta told me how rude he was and unhelpful. I already knew he was unhelpful because the only help he gives is "hey i got the hair specials". Now I dont wear weave. Not even looking at it so why do you approach me trying to make your sell. AND WATCH THE PRICES. WATCH WHEN HE RINGS. OVERCHARGES OVERCHARGES OVERCHARGES. AND IF YOUR NOT WATCHING CLOSELY YOULL LEAVE PAYING MORE AND HE WONT CARE IF YOUR BANK OVERDRAFTS... JUST CHARGE MORE. He should let the ladies that work there run the register while he learns true customer service on the floor especially if he is that tempted to steal dollars from customers.

Horrible customer service by the way. The previous owner was great! The new "owner" is annoyingly flirtatious with women. Some days not a, "hello, your welcome" or "goodbye, thank you" just add you up, take the payment, tear the receipt and off you go without a single word from the entrance to the exit...unless youre interested in expensive bundles of hair, THEN he tries waaaayyyyy too hard (to the point where its aggravating) to sell the overpriced hair and swear up and down that its the best deal youll ever get. To top off the madness, HE ALWAYS OVER CHARGES! You need a calculator before you leave the store to adjust and prove the difference. My wife and I came in at different times of the day. This morning she told me he overcharged her because he "mistakenly added on the previous customers products". He saw her sitting in her car adding her things up and he came outside to handle the dispute. I went in this evening and he first gave me a receipt with the correct amount, TOOK THAT RECEIPT BACK AND GAVE ME A RECEIPT WITH $3.00 ADDED TO IT!!!!!!!! His excuse was almost the same as my wifes, only he added that it was busy. He became white as a ghost when I confronted him about my wifes similar experience earlier today!!! This store is really close to me but the headache, thievery and lies arent worth it anymore.

I went in to purchase some hair and the guy told me that he was going to charge me 120+ tax and then I asked him how much would that be plus tax then he said 128 so we get to the register and it rings up 136.56 by the end of the purchase I had ended up paying 137.99 , then he had the nerve to tell me that he overcharged me by one dollar and to go grab some earrings . I didnt want no earrings !!! He charged me over one dollar he overcharged me by 10 dollars !! please do not go back to them they are liars and they steal from their customers and I will contact the owner and I will take this to court . I was supposed to pay 128 but I ended up paying 137.99 . And as I read the reviews I see that a lot of people have the same issue with them over charging . I will never ever purchased hair from you guys again very unprofessional and you guys are bullshitters . I will never refer any body to this hair ever . The one thing that you dont do is play with peoples money because people work hard for their money and to just have a stolen from them that is ridiculous

Buyer beware. Check HIS math. Here he is apologizing on posts but still running the same scam months later. He is a fast talker who will say over and over that he is giving you a deal but when its time to add up your items he will round to the nearest 5. No prices on items. So I asked him to give me the price on each item. He counted "2 and 3 thats 5 plus 4 is 9 plus 4 ... just give me $20". Yall do that math and tell me what you get. So when I call him out on it he says "yes give me the 20 and Ill give you the difference" HA! I used a credit card and didnt stay for the rest of his fast taking. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on. FYI the comments from Mohamed are his family. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Same last name pretty much.
