Ive had many piercings done across Cuyahoga and Lake County. I believe Ive had everything pierced at one point and time. So last week I decided to add more piercings. Hands down!!!!! Elina is the BEST. I went to get a few piercings and she was great at keeping me calm and I was very comfortable with her. The shop is clean and so was the piercing process. She made sure everything was perfect before and after and she took her time and provided me with her undivided attention. I love everything about her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!!!! SHE IS THE BEST !!!!!!

Was in Cleveland on vacation from Florida with a friend and after checking out several not so good locations in the area we ended up here. We walked in without an appointment but everyone in the shop was friendly and we made us feel comfortable. They set up their station with us in the room in a very professional manner, the shop is clean, and the artwork is exceptional. If Im ever back in cleveland I will visit this shop again! Shout out to Andre and Steve, they were very cool dudes! Hopefully we will see you soon.

Top notch place to get a tattoo. Karl did a fantastic job on mine, and Ill definitely be going back for more. All the staff were very nice, a few even stopped in a couple of times to check out how mine was going. Extremely clean inside, like a Drs office. From beginning to end, I never doubted that part. Prices were reasonable, but obviously, its expensive (and worth every penny) to get good tattoos. I highly recommend 252 to anyone.

I went in for a piercing change with my friend and Jeson was the best piercer Ive ever had. Ended up getting 2 different piercings done by him in the same day. Hes super friendly and its obvious that he really cares about his customers. The guys at the front desk are all great too. The shop is really clean, the work is super solid, and everyone Ive met there is fantastic.

I had my nose pierced by Elina and she was awesome! I was a little nervous but she was funny and knowledgeable which helped me relax. She walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable with everything before she got started. The piercing was quick and easy. I will absolutely be going back to Elina for any piercings in the future.

I got my navel pierced there recently and the customer service was great! Natasa is amazing, I didnt feel a thing and it still doesnt hurt! Everyone is really friendly, and the store and art looks amazing. I was very impressed with how clean and professional they were. Cant wait to get my first tattoo there!

I got my nipples done by Elina and she did a fantastic job! I love them very much. Best piercings I have had done. I wont lie as soon as it was time for the first one I was very nervous but she did a fabulous job at calming me down. I will always go back to Elina for all piercing here on out!

Super disappointing experience here. The artist I had was very standoffish and rude and the employee behind the counter that we asked a question to ignored us, then when he eventually answered he told us incorrect information. Rude all around basically. Wont be going back here.

The staff was kind and André, the guy who did my tattoo, was extremely knowledgeable. He was fairly light-handed, so I barely felt anything. Did a nice, clean job. I highly recommend this place.

Guy did not take directions well and he did a horrible job on my tattoo, he seemed to be trying to get done as quick as possible. On top of that we wasnt friendly. Never going back.
