Very disappointed after my visit from that store . The young lady who was at the register was leaning over the machine was tired , sleepy and yawning right in front of me while I was taking my order . I was terribly displeased by her "professionalism" and if so then she shouldve went home .

Iced coffee can taste way different depending on what store you go to. This store is clean, service is fast, and workers are friendly, but since iced coffee is my drink of choice and its not the best at this location (idk if its burnt or old or just a different mix) it only gets 4 stars.

How can a coffee shop sells warm coffee? A lot of times(honestly, more than five time, that i can remember) I get warm coffee, by the time you add cream its almost room temperature coffe! I asked to replace it few times, other times i was in a hurry and had to drink cold coffee.

Too crowded, and the staff are too disorganized. Ordered ahead of time using their mobile app had to wait 25 mins for my drink while people who entered the store after me and stood in line got their orders placed, filled, and left well before I was able to pick up my drink.

Worst service Ive ever had at a Starbucks. Waited 15 min for food that never came. No one offered to make it right. Ill go up the toad an extra few miles to a Starbucks that knows service.

One of my favorite Starbucks. Quick, clean, and friendly staff. Its one of the test locations for new stuff in Ohio (rumored). Both outdoor and indoor seating with bathrooms as well.
