I usually like Insomnia Cookies, however this past experience I had with customer service was very poor. I had a coupon for 3 free cookies with a minimum of a $6 purchase. First of all, my purchase was $6 exactly and it wouldnt let me use the coupon. So I added another cookie to make it more than $6 because apparently a minimum of $6 doesnt include exactly $6. I placed my order with a purchase of 5 cookies and 3 free ones and applied the coupon. When the cookies were delivered only the 5 that we paid for and not the 3 free ones arrived. We called customer service, the part that I am most upset about is her attitude when I asked her if I could get a refund or get the 3 cookies sent. She was very rude and not helpful. Now I gave them a 3 because the next time we called the other lady was very nice and helpful and I love their cookies. I wish I could give a review on just the first lady I talked to because she was extremely rude and not helpful at all.

Waited over two hours for an order tonight and it still has not arrived. The phone number listed is not direct contact with the store. It is a corporate number. As a loyal customer a call from a driver or the store about the delay would have been appreciated. The last order took well over an hour as well. The wait times and lack of being able to get in contact with the store to see whats going on is pitiful. No longer will I be ordering from here. I expect my cookies will be cold tonight seeing as theyve most likely been sitting out for who knows how long. I could not be more disappointed. Back to back negative experiences definitely out weigh the positive ones. Dont waste your time.

I ordered some of their sugar cookies to be baked while out around town. Got them out to the car, and the middle of each cookie was raw dough. I like chewy cookies, but these were so raw in the middle they were barely warm. It was just goop. It was really disappointing after waiting all that time to get them fresh. They werent edible.

Very racists they watch the African American people hard even though all they have are tables and chairs.Very rude they ignore customers who are of a minority race(Non Caucasian for Caucasian customers).Will never buy from this store again.

This place is really interesting by delivering cookies until 3am (smart being a block away from a college campus). The cookies are good but theyre priced high. Staff is friendly, but because of pricing Im not sure how often id come here.

The cookies were excellent and the service was fantastic. They may not have dozens of different types of cookies, but the ones they have are good. I personally like how they are served warm, but they are just as good eating them later.

Great cookies and amazing cookie ice cream sandwiches and the chocolate chip brownies are my FAV!!! The workers are very polite as well. Definitely recommend it to anyone, theyre a bit pricy tho, but definitely worth the money.

First time I ordered I received the wrong amount of cookies and was overcharged by $3.00. Cookies were good but trying to get a hold of someone to correct the situation is impossible. I emailed and called no luck.

This place is awesome. The gentleman in the business was very polite and helpful. These Cookies are wonderful. The best Ive had in my life and trust me, Ive eaten quite a bit of cookies in my lifetime.

Their ice cream is awesome, and they heat the cookies before piling on the ice cream. Been here twice, and both times the employees have been incredibly polite. Highly recommend Insomnia Cookies!

There arent many things open late in the akron/canton area. Couple that with amazing cookies and great customer service and you end up with a great stop in the rowdy ak. Keep up the good work.

Warm fresh hot cookies, what more can you ask for?Ice cream they got that and milk too! This place is a foodie with a sweet tooth dream come true. A little bit pricey but worth it!

Insomnia cookies have many different flavors of cookies and they are very high quality. They deliver until 3 am but unfortunately, with great quality, comes higher price.

Delicious cookies! Fair prices. Quick and easy service. They also have ice cream if youd like. I wouldnt recommend buying the milk , its definitely overpriced.

Most of the cookies were good, I got an oatmeal raisin cookie that would have given my rating a 5 star, but it was entirely undercooked. I couldnt even eat it.
