Drive thru took forever and they gave me the wrong doughnuts. I learned my lesson and will always check the boxes to see if I got the right doughnuts - if I ever go back. The employees seemed to care less that I had to drive all the way back to get the doughnuts I ordered and which were correctly listed on my receipt. They should have at least seemed like they cared or have offered to give me some free doughnuts - something to make up for the 30 minutes I wasted having to return to the store because of THEIR error.

Very disappointed my husband and I went through the drive through. The person taking the order was not understanding our order. We asked her if we can come to the window to place our order again she was not able to hear us. I told her we would come in to place the order as we proceeded to walk into the store the host gave us a dirty look said she had are order ready. We paid and when we got home we realized the order was incorrect. We were charged for a dozen donuts and they did not have a dozen in the box.

It is below the one star rating. WE went to eat and left . Not worth eating. We complained afterwords to corporate office. They said our complaints were not important. And the manager on duty. Said it was my problem and not his. There were two long lines for the bathrooms. We wanted to eat. Though on a time limit. Complained to manager he said it is our problem and not his. The lines to the bathroom not moving. And all the tables were dirty. And employees not do anything about it. They were not busy.

We are from out of town where the nearest Krispy Kreme is 50 miles away. Therefore we were thrilled to see one of the locations so close from our relatives. I was so disappointed in the poor customer service. We order 2 dozen doughnuts and as exited we were we took our time choosing them. The girl "Ana" seemed so impatient and eager to get us out the door. Our drinks were not what we expected either.

The employee getting the donuts was rude and had an attitude. Then there were about 10 people in line yet there was no cashier for at least five minutes. The line was continuing to back up and there were employees cutting up but not trying to find anyone to ring us up. This is ridiculous especially considering the number of employees working. Extremely frustrating experience.

Best and busiest Krispy Kreme in the area because it is the original. Always go when the Hot Now light is on to get the best doughnuts in the world. Their seasonal doughnuts are great and they have tasty coffee and ice cream as well. They will try and get you a dozen treats because its a better deal and it is, but you will feel them the next day. Great coupons all year too.

Krispy Kreme! The Hot Light was ON! What else is there to say?! You either like Krispy Kreme doughnuts or you dont. If you do, this is a good place to go. Plenty of parking and a drive-thru. There was a crowd the night I happened to drive by and drop in, but the line moved quickly. That said, I think that was because they had extra staff on duty (well, compared to "normal").

I went to the drive threw and this lady comes behind all the cars saying the lane is closed, first of all it was crates in front of the speaker no where said drive thru was closed she just happens to come around with an attitude all rude! I left immediately i was not going to purchase anything after that. this happen 7-19-17 @8:40pm

I was really upset they werent making donuts. That was the whole reason I took my son... the man giving me my donuts was really nice, but the cashier girl was very short and rude... the store looked clean and neat, but they only get 1 star for not making donuts and the rude cashier.

There is a Guy who works there who I think might be the manager, well he and his team rock! They make ordering donuts an experience! This is the only Krispy Kreme I go to because The service is fast, the donuts are fresh, and the store is clean. Best crew, best Donuts.

Bad service and they stopped selling my favorite doughnuts (glazed cream filled and glazed sour cream doughnuts). Person working the counter spoke little English and couldnt even answer a simple question about whether or not they planned to offer those doughnuts again.

Service is terrible. I was waiting on line. The server made eye contact with me and said next. The server then took the group behind me even though I was next. I just left the store. Shame that such things still go on especially so close to the corporate headquarters.

Best "Hot" doughnuts in town. You just have to catch them at the right time when their doughnut assembly machine is cranking them out. I could a whole dozen of hot doughnuts by myself. They literally melt in your mouth. They have good iced coffee as well.

This is the oldest Krispy Kreme. The interior is nice and allows you a good view of the donut making process. It doesnt make a big hoopla about being the first Krispy Kreme either. The donuts are good as expected and the lines were fast.

Great doughnuts and great service! It is hard to beat a hot and now doughnut. If you want to make sure you arrive when they are making fresh doughnuts it is worth downloading the app and the app lets you know when they are hot and now!

On a friday they did not have all the selections. Thats dissapointing yet it was busy but very slow service with one server and one cashier. Others in other states have soy milk, this one did not!?!? Again we all were dissapointed.

We went when the hot now sign was on and it was pretty crowded, but the employees moved fast and friendly so the line to wait went pretty quickly and the doughnuts were very very good! So warm it pretty much melted in your mouth!

Stopped carrying regular cake doughnuts. Krispy cream in other states still have the sour cream cake doughnuts. Why Krispy Kreme wants to send people to Duncan is beyond me. If you want yeast doughnuts they are good.

Nice donuts but staff are NOT.....friendly bad attitudes. .!! Very slow !!! Also ran out of drinks and dont even have soya milk??!!??! ?? like other ones have been too like miami were I lived

The store was clean, the staff were friendly (even after waiting on us to make up our minds) & the kids even got to see donuts being made! Will be returning next time were in town!

The original Krispy Kreme! These are the best doughnuts in the world! The only downside is that they are usually very busy and the parking lot and restaurant are small

Yum. Its Krispy Kreme, need I say more? If you are reading this because youve never been to a Krispy Kreme, just go and you will know what Im talking about.
