To be fair, Swagger is indeed a cute little shop with unique items, great gift ideas, and reasonable prices on most of their merchandise. Nevertheless, I cannot recommend this business because of its horrible customer service. The owner is nice only to her friends and treats others as insignificant and bothersome. Many times my wife and I have left Swagger feeling unappreciated and even looked down upon. We have two friends who have had negative experiences when attempting to return current, unused items. My wife and many of her friends have been repeatedly disrespected, usually by the owner/manager. It is a shame that she treats many of her clientele so poorly; we were otherwise satisfied customers.

Horrible experiencing in the boutique. Sales Clerk lied by omission about the return policy. I was told 14 days with receipt. Tags on and within 4 days, I was told I could only have store credit. WHAT? At time of checkout I specifically asked what the policy was and indicated that I didnt have time to try on the item now, but would like to bring it back if it didnt work out with the pants I had at home. I reached out via their web site 7 days later have NO response. Love to keep my money local, but not with this store.

I had such a great experience at Swagger today. I needed a blouse for a professional occasion and the salesperson went to the back to pull out the perfect item, not even on the floor yet!!! I he been in a few weeks ago to buy a "NC themed" item for a housewarming gift, and I didnt even know they had clothing at the time. Im happy I re-visited. Thank you Swagger!

I am trying to be socially conscious and shop small businesses. I look on Google, and see Swagger. Google says it is open from 10-6PM today. We get in the car, and drive the 18 minutes across Cary to arrive at 4:45PM on a Thursday afternoon to a closed sign. On my way to the mall where I can count on the stores being open during their posted hours.

I have been shopping at Swagger for years anytime I have someone on my list that I want a thoughtful and useful gift for (myself included). Their staff is very helpful when trying to pick a gift when Im not sure what might be a perfect fit and the gift wrapping adds a really nice touch. It shows that you went the extra mile.

Found some very decent SWAGGER! There aint nothing better than your staff, I tell you what. You guys keep up the good work now! I found a fantastic plus size dress last week and it fits fantastically! I will for sure be back! Your gift wrapping is absolutely incredible too!

Horrible customer service. If the cashier isnt being snobby, shes doing her best to ignore you. I would never go back...unless of course I went with someone the owner knows, in which case I might actually get the star treatment while everyone else in the store is ignored.

Best gifts, clothes and customer service! I never leave without finding something I LOVE. The owner and all of the employees there are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always take care of me when I am there. You will not be disappointed! And they gift wrap too!

Wow! What a fabulous store. From their unique clothes at an affordable price to all their unique accessories, gifts and trinkets. . This shop is a heaven for those looking for merchandise that is not vanilla. Sale woman was very nice. I highly recommend.
