Some newer updated ingles (not this location) have a nice facade and are generally cleaner but Ingles is always overpriced and there is never a good deal there. Even sale items are not really on sale. Everything priced per pound is at least a dollar more than competitors and it isnt like you are paying that extra amount for better service. If you are on a budget and going to shop large corporate stores Walmart is even cheaper and surprisingly so is Trader Joes. Only reason they get three stars from me is because there is one every five blocks and Its convenient. Avoid when possible.

The worst ingles in town. i have often been underwhelmed by this store, there is nothing like purchasing groceries and getting home to find out an item you purchased is rotten or damaged. Who knew blue cheese could be red? The food selection is nowhere near that of other ingles markets, dont bother trying to buy anything other than the basics here.

Small store, unfriendly stockers, very expensive. If you want something ask a manager. And if you want to save money on the same product drive up to one of the Ingles on Leicester Highway. The same thing (a gallon of organic milk) is a dollar cheaper. They dont help the community & their pricing models are ridiculous.

Many Ingles are very pleasant shopping experiences in nice stores. This was/is neither. It is a lb older Ingles with very limited selection and in an aging building that needs to be updated. Very disappointed with the store. Far below expectations set by other Ingles.

As far as Ingles go, lets call this one "vintage." Its one of the earlier stores, and it shows when you walk in. Theres less selection of hot foods, an actual video rental section (remember those?), and fewer checkout lines, but its still a grocery store.

Each ingles has different items stocked and different prices on the same item which is annoying. The ingles on Haywood Rd in WAVL is in desperate need of an overhaul /renovation.
