A real breath of fresh air to be able to go to a family-owned local business again. During my very first visit, the owner Marc was able to work with my insurance company and fill a prescription my previous pharmacist at Rye CVS insisted was not covered under my current insurance plan. Do yourself a favor and patronize a locally owned and operated store like Rosedale Pharmacy. You will remember that "customer service" used to really mean something before our country decided corporations should replace our local businesses.

This used to be an excellent neighborhood pharmacy, then the owner retired. New owner seems more interested in $$ than customers. He called the doctor to increase the number of pills in a prescription because it would cost him too much to order a whole batch. Then another time he complained that he couldnt order another medication for a similar reason. Both times we drove straight to CVS and they filled the order without question. Not saying I like CVS, but this Pharmacist is just not ethical and not nice.

Rosedale Pharmacy is a quaint independently owned store on Mamaroneck Ave in White Plains. The owner and all the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I have a knee injury and while the pharmacist was waiting for a call back from the doctor, he brought me a chair, some candy and a bottle of water while I waited. Im glad to have left the big chains and go to a friendly place where the staff knows you by name and can fill a prescription very quickly. Two-thumbs-up!

they were very rid on the phone then said my insurance was no good and that I needed a prior approval and then said I have to pay cash cause my insurance was no good well needless to say I went to another pharmacy and had no problem at all and when I was there it took him like 20 min to do nothing. i would go to another pharmacy

They are extremely rude. Dont want to answer questions to patients. An important role of a pharmacist is to offer patients health education and ANSWER QUESTIONS. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect. I had a really bad experience at this pharmacy. Harry
