A very traditional Chinese Grocery market in the center of White Plains. I bought some Bowl noodles and vegetables there. The quality is OK. If you are from China and want to cook by yourself at home, Kamsen would be a good choice for you. But the parking area outside is too expensive, start from $3 for half an hour and $4 for one hour. Normally I think this kind of parking area should be free!

Customer service is pathetic. Most of the people working here dont speak English. The manager here is not only rude but also very insulting. There is a way to handle and talk or explain to a customer, which this person doesnt know how to instead he was shouting.

The store stinks a bit and is not very clean. They tend to sell "old" brands of Asian food products, so if youre looking for trendy food this is not the place to shop . Cash only when purchase is under $10.

Not as good as places youd find in Queens and some things are a little pricy, but for Westchester, a great option.
