Sometimes the people are nice and helpful, but especially later in the evening, some of the girls who work the counter are rude and unhelpful. They do not hide the fact that they are really not enjoying their jobs, and they will stand around and talk while you wait for them to acknowledge you and take your order. Not to mention this place is FREEZING in the summer. They keep the AC set to like 60 degrees. It isnt just a little chilly, it is very uncomfortable. If you walk in in a tank top and shorts, be prepared to freeze your butt off. I have to bring a sweater with me just to enjoy my coffee or frapp.

Not a fan of this location. No one greets you or even makes eye contact unless youre standing right at the cash register. The drinks are rarely ever to temperature. This last visit they were out of 3 drinks yet failed to advertise it (usually theres a sign thats put over the items they are out of). I wound up not getting anything after standing in line for 10 minutes. I think theyre busy mostly because of their location (the next nearest one is in Stop and Shop). They could use a lot of improvement.

I went in there yesterday to buy 60 $25 gift cards for my customers. The only acknowledgement I received concerning the magnitude of my purchase was when the cashier said, "Gee, I wish I was going to the party where youre giving these out." For the $1,500 I dropped, it would have been nice for a manager to offer an iced coffee as a thank you. Its easy enough to buy $25 gift cards from other merchants.

Drinks are always made perfectly, staff is very friendly, also spacious seating area away from the ordering area if you need to work or want to just be away from the line. I order with the mobile app and by the time I arrive (3-8 minutes) I go right to the pick up Area and its there, and I avoid the whole line. Love this location.

To begin with, the lady told me I couldnt make a caramel macchiato into a frappacino, every other store has done this. To make matters worse, they FORGOT to add the COFFEE in my frap. And yes, the frap was supposed to have coffee. This is the THIRD time theyve screwed up my order.

Drive thru line was excessive, waited 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window for a single simple coffee order, I waited another 5 minutes before it was handed to me. Have to use the drive thru sometimes with baby in the car but this was longest wait at any one so far...

They close early. I work nights, my shift starts at 11 so I stop by Starbucks about 1045 and they lock the door or tell me theyre closed from the windows even though all the signs say theyre open until 11. Only a few times have I been served without a problem.

Best Starbucks Ive ever been too! I go to this Starbucks approximately 4-5 times per week. Drinks always come out perfect and they have the best staff! They always go the extra mile for there customers, ive seen it first hand on several occasions!

I purchased a Chi Tea Latte and noticed the tea was sour. The milk on top also curdled. To Top it off the Shift Managers Jill and Dianne were rude and disrespectful. They should be reported to Department of Health and Human Services.

This is a really nice Starbucks. Its always clean and well stocked unlike some other Starbucks stores. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable . My daughter and I love going there for a quick lunch and coffee.

Drinks come out good but service can be slow and not the cleanest. Im used to seeing the metal cups used to froth milk being cleaned between each use... To see the being reused without cleaning is gross.

Never been inside this actual store, but with kids, its so great that this store has a drive thru. So thats where I always head. The drive thru workers are always awesome and fast and very helpful.
