I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this auto sales group! I came in looking for a pick up truck after chasing down many dead ends for weeks. Johnny spent a good amount of time with myself and father figuring out what exactly I was looking for and did research to see what he had in his own inventory that would match my criteria in my price range. Never did I feel that I was being pushed or forced into anything I didnt want, which many other places have done. I was also extremely impressed with his in depth knowledge of every vehicle he had on his lot. He and his team set me up in the vehicle of my dreams within just hours, including registration, inspection and they even took care of some minor repairs. They have also been in touch with me since the purchase in regards to small details that I feel most other locations would have never followed up on. I had such an amazing experience that I would recommend Reiners to anyone looking for a good, reliable vehicle!

I just purchased a 2001 Ford Taurus from Reiners Auto Sales. This is my second purchase from Reiners salesman Jhony Gutierrez. Mr Gutierrez is very amiable and easy to work with. He was willing to work with what I had to offer in order to obtain a suitable vehicle with which I am pleased. He has been polite and punctual as well as quick with handling all the paper work involved with trading in one vehicle and insuring, registering and inspecting the Taurus. Reiners was also quick to repair before I picked up the vehicle a minor steering wheel miss adjustment Mr Gutierrez noticed during my test drive. Even following the sale when I discovered a stripped lug and nut while polishing the lug nuts, Mr Gutierrez is quickly having it replaced without charge.

this dealership is exactly how every car dealer should be. Honest, reliable and very eager to help people. No typical bait and switch or games like many dealers. The price quoted is the price. They went out of their way to get my an escalade and to get me approved even with horrible credit. Most dealers turned me away or demanded like 6k down, jonny and his staff got me the perfect suv, with an affordable payment and worked with my budget. Not everyday can you drive a mint fully loaded escalade for under $330 a month!
