Please read before going to this place! So I had nothing but a good experience with this place since buying my car there. However as soon as I got my car I brought it to my mechanic to put it on his lift to check it out. The only thing he found wrong was a bad inner/outer tire rod end. There was a warranty for 30 days/1000 miles. I called, made an appointment, dropped the car off. No problem there. They called me back saying nothing was wrong. My mechanic called them back asking if they could check it again. They became very unprofessional calling the mechanic a sh***y mechanic (my mechanic then lost it at that point). They refused to fix the part, which would be an hour time (if that) and a total of $60 to replace this part. My mechanic is now replacing this part himself because it is a safety issue. Please think twice about going to this place. I fully support mom and pops shops 100% but this is one I would advise not going to. ****update**** March 25 Brought my car to get an oil change a month after of having it. My mechanic has noticed that my front diff is leaking and my other tire rod (inner and outer) is shot. I will now be spending more money on this car. This place is a joke! Do not buy from them! Im furious!

Update: When I brought the car back in for repair, they resolved the issue and detailed the car. I really appreciate that they followed up on this issue. I found a car I really like at a reasonable price, but after purchasing I have had a few issues. As soon as I got the car on the highway, I found an issue that should be covered by the warranty. I called the dealership the next morning and have having trouble scheduling an appointment. I was told to call back at 2, then call back at 4, then that someone would call me back, and when no one did I left a message. Finally, I called the next day and was told they cant look at the car until 10 days from now. The car was supposed to undergo a full inspection before I picked it up so I feel like this is something they should fix right away. Also, they say the cars are all fully detailed before you pick them up, but mine has obvious food stains on the middle console and and carpet. I hope they follow through on fixing my issue when my appointment finally arrives.

Terrible experience. I had purchased a car from them and after a week of owning it my heat was shot and I noticed a violent shake coming from the front right end. I had my mechanic look at it and he knew right away that the car was in a prior accident as evident by the spray paint visible on the back right tire and immediate area. After putting it on the lift he found that both my back rims were bent and my front axels were shot as well. When I brought it in they looked at it no problem, however they said my axels were in fine condition and that the car accident was somehow my fault. They accused me of getting into a major car accident, mind you theres clearly no body damage. Service is a joke, had they admitted that they missed it rather then refusing to accept blame Idont have no problem. Check them out on the Better Business Bureau, they boast an illustrious Friday rating, that they also deny.

Went to look around the lot and see what prices were like, I was actually extremely interested in a Mazda 3 they had. Though before jumping on it, I saw another Mazda I wanted to take a look at, as I was approaching this car, a rep came out and asked if I needed any help. I said "well I have one question, why is this car priced so low with the great mileage" which at this point Im thinking Im asking a normal question. The response I got was "well I could make the price higher." Now if he had said it in a joking way, I possibly would have laughed but he was dead serious. That shouldnt have been his answer, or that shouldnt have at least been his tone. I did not feel invited, or welcomed, but as if I didnt know what I was talking about and he wasnt taking me seriously. Thats not a good way to start business with a new customer.

Bought an 04 CRV ... runs great.. had a slight issue with a tail light ... fixed it under warranty no problem .. I got a great price on a really low mileage car and Ive gotten nothing but compliments on how clean the car is. They have a ton of lower mileage stuff... I know most of their inventory is new car trade ins from dealerships, they dont buy from auctions so its just a better product from the start. I highly recommend purchasing a car from these people. They did all my financing and registration I pretty much just signed a few things and drove off the lot in my new car. If you want a quality product that is going to last you, check out this dealership.

Not only was their customer service fantastic, but the salesmen were right on. No pressure, no slick talk. Whats your budget? What kind of cars are you interested in? How many miles do you plan on putting on it? Real questions that you should ask yourself when buying a car. Owner is there and attentive, customer service woman is pleasant and very very helpful, all in all id go back again. And they hustled to get me in the car as soon as they could. Buy from them. Simple.

What a deal we got!! Staff member helped us right away. Found us a great vehicle that we love! Courteous , friendly and professional. The staff and crew went above and beyond to help us. When we picked up the vehicle, the young woman in the office explained the paperwork explicitly. The vehicle detailing made the car look brand new! We will definitely go back in the future!

Ive owned my car for 3 years and never had it detailed, when I picked my car up is was like I just pulled out of the Saab dealers lot. Kevin the Sales Manager was great and I met one of their technicians who specializes in Saabs, I forget his name (sorry), but I will bring my car back to have any mechanical work done.
