I went into this store the other day for the first time with a gift certificate that was given to me. As soon as the worker (who I am guessing was the owner) realized this, he started changing prices. The ‘nicer’ flowers (not completely dead) were ridiculous prices that he made up on the spot. I confirmed this by later calling the store and asking for some prices of specific flowers. He finally handed me a bouquet of mostly dead flowers and insisted that it was the value of my gift certificate (35$). He had two of the same sitting in the same vase and clearly handed me the older of two in what I am sure was an attempt to salvage the other for a potential future sale. Before I could say anything he had already cut the flowers and wrapped them up. I even noticed that he wanted the gift certificate in his hand before handing me the flowers. The entire experience was rude and the last part was rather childish (even a bit comical). I drove to another florist and purchased a much nicer bouquet for half the value of his. I wouldn’t recommend this florist. There are much nicer florists in Chappaqua with beautiful flowers that treat their customers, and their gift certificates, with more respect.

Theyre a Teleflora florist and advertised a bouquet for $45.00. When I called to order it to pick it up, the designer asked me how much I wanted to spend. I said $45.00 - he said hed do it for $50 or he "wont do it". I work in the area and this was my first experience with the store; needless to say, I didnt bother and wont be going there.

The second I walked through the door, the owner chip welcomed me and allowed me to look around. when asking for help selecting flowers for my dining room chip and his staff were extremely helpful. From naming the different types of flowers, trying different arrangements, and a fair price. Thank you so much chip for the beautiful flowers!

I have been purchasing flowers from Town & Country for over a decade and recommend them highly. They are so easy to work with, and accommodating. They make sure you are happy. And best of all, their flowers last longer than anywhere else. When I buy flowers for the holidays, I am able to enjoy them for two weeks.
