Terrible from the start. If I could rate you less than 1 star I would! Bought a brand new may tag refrigerator and HD staff was Displeased with the vehicle we were transporting it home in... 5 men tee heeing and dropping the F word a couple times not knowing I was standing there should have been our first sign.. Got the fridge home, plugged it in for 24-36 hours like recommended just to find that after day 2 the fridge isnt cooling down. Now this fridge is only 2 days old, so we call back HD who pretty much said since you didnt buy the HD extended warranty, why would we it came with a 10 year warranty...you would need to contact may tag and wanted nothing to do with us... So we did that and had a service man come look at our brand new fridge just to tell us it was broken. May tag then gave us a return to buyer receipt for us to exchange the fridge. All the while, all of this extra labor and time and trying to find a more suitable vehicle and some extra hands is all on us... Call after call to HD with failed attempts to make anyone understand that this now burden should not be on us because you SOLD US A BROKEN FRIDGE. They still would not fix the problem... My point to this story is HD should really treat there PAYING customers with respect and better customer service when THEY are in the WRONG. At the end of the day, its US your CUSTOMERS who pay your bills at home, feed your families, and make sure you assholes have a job! Ill be taking my business across the road to Lowes for the rest of my life.

This store is the poorest excuse Ive ever seen for a "family friendly" service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE SHOP HERE! My partner and I were looking at creating a small shed to store some excess lawn furniture and a lawn mower. When we went to the store the employees openly patronized us. Stating that "this was a big job..." and asking if "Us ladies could handle it". These types of sexist comments are not how you get people to return to your business. I was also deeply offended by the cashier who took it upon himself to make a duragatory comment to another employee after my partner and I walked past his reheater. Than making sexually explicit comments about "what he wanted to do with us." Never before in my life have I ever been treated in such a demeaning manner. If I could give them less than one star, believe me I would. This company is NOT LGBTQ+ friendly. And This whole ordeal has only colored my opinion on the company overall.

Two wonderful employees offered to help cut a small piece of drywall for my daughter and I today. While they were doing it (perfectly) their manager, Mark, walked up to them right in front of us to tell them very sternly they were NOT allowed to cut drywall for a customer. That was one of the most unprofessional experiences Ive ever had at a home improvement store. Might I suggest that if an employee shouldnt be doing something that you dont chastise them in front of the customer to embarrass them and make all of us feel like weve done something wrong. I appreciate the help for sure but Ill stick to Lowes where they dont make you feel like an ass because you asked for help. You get plus two stars for the nice employees and minus three for the jerk manager.

Taylor in the Paint Dept. a the Saratoga Springs, NY store was very helpful with a complicated calculation. A variety of paint sheens and colors, some mixed in oddly shaped rooms, made it very difficult. He asked us all the right questions and carefully figured out the quantities of each type. We were very impressed with his helpfulness and knowledge. Having the opportunity to interact with 3 other HD employees we were treated courteously and helped with whatever we needed. Very pleased with our Home Depot staff!

WARNING: Do not shop here. The manager should not be in a management position, not to mention customer service. He doesnt have the skills to interact with customers. He isnt helpful in anyway and is very, very rude. I have never had such a hateful experience as I did with him. His attitude has made it so that from now on I will always shop at Tractor Supply and never at any Home Depot. The corporate office at The Home Depot should take a long hard look at this manager.

Terrible. Dont even try getting someone to help you over the telephone. I was hung up on three times. When I did get someone to finally answer, I was transferred twice by people that were too busy to other people that were too busy and eventually hung up on again after being told they were too busy to price quote an item. If I could give less than one star I would. I will not shop there again. I got better help from Walmart.

I bought a $799 Weber Grill from Home Depot in Saratoga...Less than 18 months later the grill had an internal fire in the control panel (Grill is ruined). Home Depot would not stand behind the product and refused to help me. I will no longer be a Home Depot customer, as of today i will be closing my account and will now be a loyal Lowes customer.

An absolute joke. Looked at a gas grill chained up out front. There were seven (7) of them... $169. When I tried to purchase one I was told that they couldnt sell it to me because it was on "recall". What kind of misfit operation are they running ? Bunch of dumb asses....
