Ive been here once, when it was still "Stop and Shop"(The name may be wrong, but it wasnt "Topps" when I moved here.) The next time I went, it was the new store it currently is now.The store was rearranged and is a bit confusing, but they give you a map to navigate the isles if you cant figure out where everything has been spread out to. As irritating as that is, they also stopped carrying some products they said they would start stocking again after the store changed over. Like Mochi! Just off the top of my head. The produce is slightly more acceptable than Hannafords in Red Hook, if you find what you need without it being covered in mold, or mushy.(Check your food before buying it!) They usually have an abundance stocked up, so you have a good chance finding a useable portion of acceptable product. Prepared hot foods are okay, nothing special in the bakery that Ive noticed, but havent needed to use the departments services. Although I dont think I would go here if I needed a baker. The employees are friendly, and the store offers a wide verity of beers and brews for selecting. How much the staff knows about the special brewed beers is unknown. Topps is nothing more or less than another chain grocery store.

Lots of items 25% higher than hannaford or shoprite. Odd layouts that shift in the middle of the night. Whats with the Monopoly game - just give us better prices. Produce goes bad really quickly - the bananas were over ripe inside and still green on the outside - how does that happen? Their store brands are poor seconds to hannaford and shoprite brands and things like sour cream do strange things when you try to cook with them. Just shop for name brand loss leaders... remeber to use your store card and ALWAYS CHECK THE REGISTER TAPE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. Have caught $6 - $11 errors.

Dingy. Not as nice or good as Stop & Shop but they have good sales on name brands and we like the produce dept. And dairy. Suprisingly we purchased Topps boneless chicken breasts on sale and they were very good quality! We also take advantage of the discount for gas cards with shopping points.

RHINEBECK STORE: Maybe they are in a shakedown stage, but the gaps are numerous-- no smoked salmon (sliced), after 5 weeks (and I keep asking them about it and they cannot answer it!); two aisles still being organized and no peanut butter as a result; no veggieburgers of any variety.

Really convenient being open 24 hours, though the Starbucks inside it closes really early, around 7, so thats my only "issue" with it. Other than that the place is wonderful. Good deals, extensive beer section, great selection of all natural foods section, and helpful staff.

Way over priced. I only shop here for convinence purposes. The isles make no sense. Takes forever to find what your looking for. I miss Stop and Shop. It was a lot less confusing, and the prices were a little bit lower.

Could be better.... Ive only been here one time. It seemed okay, except there was a very unpleasant smell by the produce section, seafood section, and meat section. The store was not as clean as it could have been either.

This is a great market with lots of fresh food selections. I have a gluten free diet and I find everything I need from this well stocked store. Produce and meat are perfect and the staff is helpful and friendly!
