Sacred Fluid! This is the best stuff! Tim is a meticulous roaster; he keeps track of humidity, temperature, wind direction and speed and a host of other coffee factors to get the best consistency. Uncle Tims blend, a dark roast is my fav.

I wish St. Lawrence Valley Roasters had a shop in Watertown. My family treats me every now and then by sending me coffee...Ring Of Fire....it smells and tastes so good....it is the best!!!
