The people there were very unfriendly. I went to this pharmacy because it was listed as a provider in DMVs Vision Registry. After paying for the vision exam, I asked for the information that is required on the vision test report to renew your driver license. However, the worker there refused to give me the information. She said that the information has already been updated online and sent to the DMV. I told her I needed their professional license number in order to complete the driver license renewal process online and she proceeded to raise her voice and tell me that she will not because she has never provided anyone with their professional license number. She said that her pharmacy was providing a service for the DMV and that is all she knew so she did not want to give me more information. She spoke with a condescending voice as if I were completely wrong. After completing the process, I now understand that the information was updated online. The pharmacist was correct, the information was updated. This was my first time renewing my license. I did not know and I believed I needed the information required to renew my license. However, as a customer, it would have been treated with some decency.

I wish to write this review in response to Michelles review, which states that the pharmacy is bad. My experience has been the opposite, and my family and I have used them for years. Weve always found the personnel to be friendly and helpful, with any and all questions happily answered. The pharmacists all have shown to be knowledgeable and anxious to please. We prefer Family Pharmacy to CVS because it is less crowded and the prices are better. We are very happy with Family Pharmacy, and will continue to go there. It is unfortunate that anyone has had a negative experience there, but that has not been our experience with this store. - JF

Small independent pharmacy where you know the pharmacist by name. Fred is great, so is the store Mgr Debbie. Even when they arent there, their fill ins are very good also. Cashiers are young students that come and go, but thats what part time jobs are for.
