homegoods need to revaluate there customer service.. i shop here all the time usually dont need help ...but when i do ask for assistance they are not helpful at all they act like you bothering them..went to purchase a step stool and ask the manager named fatema if they would take something off the stool had scuffs and chips on it she came with a black magic maker to cover the damages.. i was so disappointed with her actions of service.

I love this particular home goods store. The staff is friendly but you wont find many on the floor if you need assistance. The store itself is quite large compared to other nearby home goods stores. Every department has lots of options to chose from which makes it hard not find what your looking for. Because of this I often find unique items that I wasnt looking for but quickly fall in love with.

If I could I would buy everything! Im a home goods addict. There are so many amazing finds. The staff at this store try and do a great job maintaining organization and cleanliness as best as possible. Usually smells great in there. If it wasnt for them always having super long lines I would have given it 5 stars.

The store is always packed with items I love. The cashiers are friendly and always have a smile. A smile makes me smile. The store Manager was very helpful and patient with my request. I really feel happy when I shop here.

its great. i just moved and came here to buy some decor and kitchen things. the only thing is that i wish that the aisles were big enough for 2 carts so it wont cause so much traffic.
