Natural body used to be the go to place when they were at their old location. They seemed to genuinely want to help people. They would recommend great products and give good advice. Oh my how times have changed. Now its a bunch of young guys who have no clue whats going on or how to train properly. Instead of listening to your needs, they just push whatever product on you that they are currently promoting. Last time i was there they insisted on pushing black stone lab products on me. Incase you didnt know, black stone has a history of selling products which are either dangerous or have no effect. Better off doing your own research and buying from amazon.

Ive been going to this place for over 10 years! Ever since they were a small shop on 101 Ave. The employees here have never steered me wrong. The owner has done a great job informing the employees (especially Frank) about the products that they sell. This is the reason that I will keep going back to this place over and over again. If you have not shopped here I highly recommend that you do so.
