I bought my first top of the line Pfaff embroidery machine from Sewtime back in 2008. I loved it so much I bought 2 more machines from them since-- a top of the line Serger and another sewing and embroidery machine. These machines are high end and well worth the money because they make sewing a pleasure. I wouldnt purchase such expensive machines anywhere else because I have a peace of mind knowing if I need help or maintenance, John, Susie, and Barbara are always there with welcome smiles and expert advice. Its been almost 6 years. I often reflect on how lucky I found Sewtime. My sewing experience would not have been the same otherwise.

THESE FOLKS ARE FABULOUS! I called them on a Saturday as part of a hunt for a specific sewing machine. Not only did they give me the real scoop on sewing machines by that manufacturer, but they told me exactly how to solve my problem, the history of that line of sewing machine, and the name of the person I needed to talk to locally for the best price. Im on a path now, after 2 months of talking with sewing machine vendors that were clearly rushing back to the "real work" of their day. I cant say enough good things about Sewtime! Free lifetime instructions on your machine as long as you own it. Great selection of fabric and classes. Have a machine that needs a little TLC, bring it down because they repair any make, any model, no matter how old. Free estimate and the best rates going. Susie and her husband own the store and can be found there most days. Went in for a sewing machine. They showed us some different models and we got a Brother 700T machine. In the end they gave us a very detailed, step-by-step lesson on how to use that machine. Very nice and helpful people.
