I was very disappointed in their customer service yesterday. I asked if there was any place I could possibly charge my cell phone as I needed to stay in touch with my husband who has Alzheimers. I am always in fear that we would be separated and Central Park is huge!! I was abruptly told no and no recommendation or assistance was offered. Shortly thereafter I came upon the Gift Shop near the Zoo and the lovely, lovely girl did not hesitate. She pushed some clothing aside and allowed me to use an outlet on the wall. There were even stools nearby. Thank you Kimesha. Thumbs down to the older woman at the Dairy Visitor Center.

Went here today I love animals but this place is very small with not much too look out we were in and out in 45 mins I read some reviews that said it takes 2 hours to see this zoo and I dont know how that could be..I will say this its a very clean and very pretty park and the animals seem to be happy and they look to be very well taken care of..I think this zoo is a good place for kids but I would recommend the bronx zoo so much more to see you will literally be there all day

On July 20, 2016, was going to take a last walk thru the Park when we came upon The Dairy" Visitor Center. In that center, we spoke to Hansel H who provided us with a road map of the park and sites not to miss before we leave. He was very knowledgeable and Helpful. Would like to Thank him very much for being so kind and guiding us in the right direction. It means a lot to folks unfamiliar with the park. Thank you; Hansel

Nice selection of nature, NYC and park themed gifts. Purchasing helps support the park. Nice childrens section. I bought a cut bat puppet and some jewelry made from real leaves coated in gild to give as gifts. Cute shirts, scarves, puzzles, mugs and such.

Limited options and no bottled drinks for sale (not even water). Thats what stuck with me the most as I was very thirsty at the time.
