I received a fruit basket as a present for my birthday and at least 60-70% of it was damaged...spoiled old fruits. I didnt notice initially...I also threw a home bday party for me that day....and the guests told me that the fruits smell bad ....etc. So next day -Sunday- I called the Mount Vernon office and they advised me to call next day - business hours when the shop will open. Call back Monday - didnt have my order number with me at work so "STEVEN" tells me to call back when I would have my order number. He doesnt even ask my name...address etc. I call my friend who ordered the fruit basket and she gives me all the details. Call back multiple times...same guy who puts me on hold until I give up and call back....and then he tell me the order number is incorrect ( when my friend emailed me the whole confirmation email from this guys), he hangs up couple of times....and last time when I call back he lies to me that he cant hear me...but from time to time he replies back....and hangs up again. I had to call the central office and complain not just about the order but also about this guy. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I wouldnt even give them one star. My boyfriend is currently serving in Afghanistan and ordered me flowers for Valentines Day which he had to finally message me and ask if I received them Monday evening by 6:30 pm. He was told by 1-800-flowers that they would be delivered by 7 pm. Well the surprise was ruined then--even worse, they didnt show up that night AT ALL. Finally one of my staff texts me Tuesday at 11 AM to tell me something came to the office. They are nice--too bad some of the roses are already dying huh? I would be ashamed as a business owner to not even call customers even though phone numbers are provided to tell them they are receving their gifts as you know a COURTESY???? Also, the automated service saud they were on the truck since 10:32 AM---yeah but never got to my place of work 10 miles away from their place of business? Mine were alse overdrenched-my staff person was kind enough to put towels underneath them. Thanks for being a horrible business and from the looks of it ruining several peoples Valentine;s Days.

I saw an arrangement on their website I fell in love with. I called to ask exactly what I would get since they have a disclaimer that some flowers might not be in season. Spoke with Stephanie who was very kind and professional. I told her the flowers were for my daughters birthday. Im in California and my daughter is in Bronxville attending college.so.it was important they were special. I told her my daughters favorite colors are purple and lavender. We spoke about a few more details and I placed my order. I was a little worried because of previous bad reviews posted but my daughter was impressed with the arraignment. She did such a beautiful job. Better than expected. Thank you so much Stephanie. Your shop has gained a customer.

My boyfriend went through 1-800 Flowers and Graceland Florist was the florist. The first arrangement looked like my 6 year old nephew picked me flowers from his backyard. They were skimpy and too tall for the vase. I called them and they said they would give me another arrangement. It came today, daisies half broken, carnations were green and wilted, the purple flowers were wilted as well. I am so upset that my boyfriend spent all this money and this is what I get. I had to call 1-800 flowers and told them to reconsider keeping this florist as they do represent them. The representative let me know that they are sending me a THIRD arrangement. Absolutely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place AT ALL!!!!!

They are affiliated with 1800 flowers the flower arrangement they show in the website and the one I actually received are totally the opposite l. I spent $75 on the deluxe arrangement and it looks like its worth $20. I called them and they replaced it with the same one, I called 1800 flowers and theres nothing they can do they are there for the sales and not the customer srvice. Now I have to call Graceland florist to try to get my money back. I would never order from 1800 flowers and definitely not from Graceland florist. Too bad I cant give a negative star rating because they surely deserve that - star rating together with 1800 flowers.

My husband sent me flowers through FTD for Mothers Day. They arrived late in the day and were left on our doorstep in the sun although we were home at the time! They were pathetic and of course, wilted. According to the FTD photo they were supposed to have a spray of Pink lilies,5 purple iris,white daisies and pink carnations in a white basket . Instead, they had one pink rose, 2 iris, red carnations and wilted daisies in a brown basket. What made it even worse was that it looked like a toddler had thrown them all into the basket! This is just not acceptable. Graceland Florist should be ashamed and FTD should be held accountable!!

I ordered a funeral arrangement from this florist just last Wednesday The arrangement was above and beyond my expectations! AnnMarie did a fantastic job and everyone was admiring my flowers as they did not wilt at all over the three day services. My Aunt actually brought them home and they are still going strong. I wont be going anywhere else for my floral needs in the future. This place is top notch and delivers exactly what you ask for AnnMarie and her staff are fantastic! Thank you so much for your kindness and words during this difficult time for our family,it was greatly appreciated! Great to see you after all these years!

Flowers arrived dead and broken. When I called the store, I spoke to a sales associate who was rude, nasty and blamed the weather for the dead roses. I then spoke with the manager, although nice, was not helpful. I was told the owner of Graceland florists would contact me but here I am a month later with no such call. Dont waste your time or money with this establishment. I have never been treated worse nor have had an experience like this with a florist. Flowers from the supermarket would look better than what my wife received for Valentines Day.

Ordered roses this past weekend thru FTD online for Valentines Day delivery. They were delivered at night on the 15th, one day late. Paid for a card but got some ratty piece of paper. Arrangement was skimpy and looked like it had been thrown together at the last minute. Second time this florist has delivered to us and both times a FAIL. We are notifying FTD and always calling a local florist direct from now on. No one could do worse than this one.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! I ordered a fruit bouquet from 1800 Flowers which I received from this Business. The fruits were rotting, they smelled, it looked absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered. it was sloppy HORRIBLE. WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THEM OR 1800 FLOWERS. 800FLOWERS SHOULD INSPECT THE QUALITY CONTROL FROM THESE FRANCHISES. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THANKSFULLY I RECEIVED MY REFUND. IF NOT I WOULDVE CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY

Horrible service! My husband ordered me flowers for Valentines Day and the ones delivered looked like they were one week old already - half dead and brown. We called and the woman was a bit rude. She offered another delivery, but at this point the surprise was ruined. We asked for our money back and she said no. Will definitely mention to 1800 Flowers not to use them anymore!! Do not use them if you are local to Westchester County!!
