I placed an order On Thursday at 12pm. The order did not come until 12:45am, Friday morning. In addition, all the frozen items were defrosted. Yogurts cracked open and all over the other merchandise. So at 1 in the morning, I had to get out of bed and clean up the mess. Defrosted items and yogurts had to be thrown out and repurchased at a different grocery store. Disgusting service.

These guys have great food and other items the prices are amazing and I had to commend them parking is a little bit tough. The care but the client have a huge probably 20 to 30,000 ft.² warehouse full of kosher food. I am very happy to shop there and enjoy it and hide recommended to you too.

Great food variety, great selections! I asked them to box my food and load it into my car, which they did but they left one box at the store and didnt call me until 45 minutes later when I arrived home. They wouldnt deliver it, so I had them refund my credit card.

Horrendous service. Their customer service counter may as well not be there. Waited 45 minutes for someone to turn up during their customer service hours but nobody came and all the surrounding staff were useless or didnt know English.

Fish department is DISGUSTING. The fish is always smelly and rotten. I happen to love this store bc everything else about it is amazing. However, DO NOT BUY ANY "FRESH" fish bc all youll get is slimy rotten-smelling old fish.

WORST SUPERMARKET IN ROCKLAND If you do delivery it can take up to 6hrs till you get your order. They will not take it to your house if you live on the 2nd floor. And when you try to contact them there is nobody to talk to.

One of the best (and largest!) kosher supermarkets in the United States of America. They give amazing cardboard boxes to you after you buy your items, and they are very sturdy and can be used around your home as well!
