I wish I could give a zero star. Bought a bag of 5.4kg dog food at this store, I was rushing so I didnt check the package, went home and realized that its opened, used and only 4.4 kg left already. I went back to return the bag of dog food but the manager gave me an attitude. She even told me that she never seen things like this before, and refused to let me return it without a receipt at first. WORST experience EVER, will never return to a store with poor inventory and services like this.

Large scale chain of all products for your pet needs. Sign up for a pet card and get emails on specials and coupons based on things you purchased. Friendly staff, Jacqueline the manager is extremely helpful and polite. Some of her staff could be more knowledgeable but if they dont know the answer they will find out. Once a month they have a pet clinic and adoption day. Come and walk the isles plenty of cute toys and play things for any pet, worth a visit.

I took my 10 month old puppy to get groomed for the first time here, the lady was real nice and all but when I got my puppy back he had razor burned on his private and his ball sac. He also is scratching a lot more now which maybe he can be sensitive skinned but I wont be taking him back. I have had groomers in the past and never had this happen. First time and last time

Just recently adopted a kitten. The staff was very informative and knew their stuff even down to the cashier. Bought food for my other older cats and they asked whether it was for my kitten or not (my kitten was there) knowing that he cant eat that stuff yet. They make sure you buy what you need which I really appreciate.

Although this is a chain store, I love it. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. They always show the animals to my six year old when time permits. They explain things about the pets to her in a way that is not insulting.

Went to see vet in order to have my pet groomed. I come to find out after all the shots given they never gave a booster rabies shot. So I went back to see groomer for nothing. Huge waste of time.

Everyone here is super friendly, they allow your dogs inside. They have a large selection of food and toys and even bedding for dogs. Great rewards program for loyal customers!
