I am a huge supporter of local business and have tried using this location on 4 different occasions for small business shipping needs. Every time I have attempted to use this store I feel as if they actually look for reasons to turn business away. The manager has given me reasons such as; 1) can not use a corporate account #, 2) can not package your materials in the store and 3) too busy right now to help you out. As a result I have started using FedEx Kinkos in surrounding towns which always goes out of their way to provide assistance and welcome my business. Dont even bother going to this Long Beach UPS branch...I can almost guarantee they will turn you away to keep their jobs simple and easy.

Since Im addicted to online shopping and often have to return clothes/items that I dont like, I come to this specific UPS store pretty frequently. This store is convenient for me.What I like about this particular store: the staff ( Alberto & Carlos). Shipping items can be pricey and a somewhat confusing process but literally every time I have been there, the employees have been SUPER helpful. Theyve answered any questions Ive had and have given me cheaper options (that I didnt know existed) for shipping. They have saved me a lot of money, which I appreciate! Will continue to come here as long as I remain living in the Long Beach area!

My high value, antique freight shipment was picked up, professionally crated, and shipped safely to its destination. I was very impressed with the staffs knowledge and professionalism in handling high value arts and antiques. When I visited the store I found out they can do so much more. All of your office needs can be met there, including copies and faxes. There is a notary on staff at all times. They even have mailbox services that offer a real street address and 24hr. access to your mail. The store was clean and well stocked to meet all your packing and shipping needs.

The staff here is terrific. They even once advised me that the US Post Office would be a better value for a particular shipment! I ignored their advice because I didnt feel like standing on a Post Office line, but this shows the lengths theyll go to to build customer loyalty.

The staff here were great. I had a check I needed to overnight. Wasnt sure about the zip code. They worked everything out and even gave me some paper to write a small note on to include with the check. I would use them again.

I called to ask if there was a notary in today. The person who answerred said "Not that I know of". "The manager doesnt tell us that". Disapointing that the staff doesnt know what is going on with the business.

This place is not what Long Beach is all about. Totally has lost the neighborhood family feel since the new owner took over. Lets spend our money somewhere else. Poor customer service.
