Ive never felt the need to negatively review a business until my experience at this UPS store today. Not only was the worker very rude, she was also unapologetic, arrogant and sarcastic for no apparent reason. I dont know if it was because she didnt feel like being at work at 8am in the morning or maybe she missed the customer service course that most businesses give to their employees. Either way, Ive never had any issues with the older workers which I usually see when I visit this store. The best part of my time there was her telling me I should probably go somewhere else to simply print. I will gladly do so and be sure to take all my family, friends and anyone else who cares to listen with me to another location who puts their customers first.

I initially wrote a poor review for slow notary service but I had a chance to sit with the owner and discuss the issue which was extremely refreshing. The other employee and owner even entertained a debate on customer reviews and the daily challenges of their services. All and all I received my service and the issue was resolved. I would recommend this location because I can honestly say they will address any issue until it is resolved. They seemed hard working and took pride in good customer service.

Dont come here to get any letter notarized. You will be waiting a long time. For a few seconds of someones time its simple, come out and sign the document. They make you fill out a formality and make an appointment only to leave you standing there. Only Ti direct you across the street to a law office that notarized my document in no time flat. You have been warned, stay away from this place. Its total garbage.

This is the UPS STORE that is being used by SCAMMERS=CERTIFIED DISTRIBUTION SPECIALISTS from BOX #441 to SCAM People into Believing that they have won a CASH PRIZE,its a SCAM,I HAVE REQUESTED THAT THE POSTMASTER GENERAL LOOK INTO THIS STORE,AND WOULD ADVISE ANY SCAM VICTIMS DO LIKEWISE.
