Terrible. Liars. Rude. Each year my company sends out Holiday arrangements that they pay in advance for. This year I never received mine. An initial attempt was made, a notice was left, and I called to reschedule delivery for the next day. I informed my landlord, who in turn notified the owner of the deli downstairs, because they always accept delivery of all of my packages. When I called to inquire about redelivery I was told delivery was refused, and a notice was again, left on my door. Neither occurred. I was repeatedly interrupted, and I will make sure my employer knows not to use this florist anymore.

I have used Hillside Floral on several occasions and I have never been disappointed! The flowers and arrangements are creative, elegant and simply beautiful. I have dealt with florists for many years and in many cases, the "actual" is a far cry from the visually depicted online; but that is not the case with Hillside Floral Design. I stand by their products and would be hard pressed to use any of their competitors. Now that I have found them, I will continue to use them as a very satisfied customer. I had an extremely pleasant experience with this business. I was studying abroad and my program would not allow me to come back until after Mothers Day so I ordered her an arrangement. She loved it! It came right on time and even had a cute handwritten note which I felt was a nice touch. If ordering in Queens, I would use them again!

I m not really sure if i should be happy with the purchase because they didnt have the flowers i order, and they call me to ask me if i wanted to other ting or cancel the purchase, i asked them to send me pictures of the flowers and they say no. So i dont know what a send and maybe i wont know because that person dont talk with me.

Ordered online while I was out of town based on reviews. The flowers I ordered were VERY overpriced for what I actually got, it didnt even match the picture and more expensive flowers were replaced with cheaper ones. Hopefully this review will help ppl avoid this ripoff
