In my experience, they have good service, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Once I went looking for a certain part that they didnt stock - but one of their staff thought to look in the "parts box" and found one there, which he gave me gratis. Im not a big fan of malls, but I am happy to shop there.

Favorite place for coffee in Ithaca. Great baristas, excellent selection of beans (they even sell Stumptown), many different ways to have your coffee brewed and its got a very inviting atmosphere to enjoy your cup of choice.

My choice for a coffee break at work. The iced mochas are awesome, and with a pastry on the side, could I ask for anything else. Wait I could ask for something else, perhaps a tattoo shop... No way, they have one in the back!

The Shop makes the best coffee in town. They even do GImmie Beans better than Gimmie. They really take the time and temperature to do their pour overs right as well as their other special drinks...always perfect.
