If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Sakki is the most honest establishment that I have ever dealt with. I brought my laptop computer in to replace a cracked screen which was repaired by Robbie at a fair price and fairly quickly. It was working fine for about 2 hours after I brought it home when all of a sudden it totally went blank and it would not charge up. I brought it back assuming that it was caused accidently by the repair. Rob didn’t think he caused it but he also could not figure out what was wrong. He even sent it to Hewlitt Packard and they could not figure it out but could only fix it by replacing the motherboard. It was cheaper to just replace the whole thing with an identical refurbished computer which Robbie did, at no extra charge and even put in my original hard drive. I truly appreciate their integrity and fairness in dealing with this situation. I am planning on giving them more of my business and would certainly recommend them to anyone else who needs their computer repaired.

This is by far one of the most honest and knowledgeable businesses I have ever encountered in all of my years. If you have a phone or computer issue big or small I would highly recommend you use this business. 3 years ago the owner of this shop actually caught a very expensive issue. A local phone store had sold me a used phone and told me it was brand new in the box. I would never have known I was lied to until I brought the phone to this Merchant and he red-flagged the issue, and furthermore protected me from possible issues which would have been very costly. I have never dealt with such honest and competent people in my life and it is wonderful to know that they are in our community

Wael and his staff have been a tremendous help to our business over the last 22 years. We have completely computerized our systems and have gone paperless so it is critical that, if we have an IT issue, I have someone I can call. In most cases, they resolve the problem remotely but if they cant, someone will be here within a couple of hours. They never overcharge. Over the years they have built a good reputation within the community. A lot of families and businesses in the area depend on their services to stay up and running. You wont go wrong with Sakki Computers!

My wife and I were recently referred to Sakki after my wifes IPhone 6 started losing battery life. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, they diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes at a very fair price. In addition they are very honest, they dedicate time to speak with each customer and thoroughly explain what is going on without any upsells. I will not be going anywhere else in the future when is comes to troubleshooting electronics as these folks are second to none. Thanks again guys!

The best place on the island! I dropped of my laptop for a broken screen and had it back like new within about 2hrs. Very professional and great family owned business thats been around for a while.
