The staff is amazing and so helpful. Being a woman and going into a auto parts store is sometimes difficult as the employees tend to speak to you as if you are uneducated and have no idea about vehicles. Well I was pleasantly surprised by the gentleman here. Their welcoming attitudes, willingness to help, knowledge, and customer service is far superior than i have received from other autoparts franchise locations in my area. This will be the only autoparts store for me going forward.

Usually they have what youre looking for if its for an average vehicle. Quality of service depends on which employee is behind the counter. Only some of them really have "Napa know how".
