Wayne was amazing. When I went in to purchase some wiper blades for my FJ Cruiser, I was treated to the best service that I have ever had at a NAPA, my go-to auto-parts store, or any other auto-parts store. What made this interaction so great is that Wayne greeted me immediately, offered to quickly look up my parts, didnt have enough of one model, and found me a better deal on another model. AND what topped it all off was that Wayne actually went outside to make sure that my wiper blades fit properly, since they were a different model than I normally used.
