I went into the store looking to get Bioshock 1 for the 360. It was a Sunday afternoon, the store was packed and only the owner of the store appeared to be working there. I couldnt find the game so I waited on line to talk to the only person working in the store. There were 3 people in front of me and i had to wait 15 mins because the ower was trying to sell everything in the store the store to them. It was finally my turn and I asked him how much Bioshock costs. He told me he told me Bioshock 1 costs around $8 and 2 costs around $17. He then tried to sell me the collection addition for $25. With the prices he gave me I decided to get the collection. As he was putting it in the computer and was haggling me to buy everything else in the store, I saw where the bioshocks games were being displayed. I decided check out the prices myself. I wanst surprised to see that the person lied to me, Bioshock 2 only costed about $10. When I told him about this, he said "the game was mislabeled." I felt taken advantage of and decided not to get the collection. I gave 2 stars because they had what i wanted but the people working at the store are untrustworthy. I would not shop here again.

The last three times I went the service was awful! The last time I went there I also went to 4 other gamestops looking for something and they were all helpful and nice besides this one. I went around 8pm and there was two workers. Both doing nothing at all besides talking to each other while I was waiting for help. I told them what I was looking for and if they had it. They told me that they had one left but have no idea where it is. Sounds professional? I think not. Then I ask if they can check. They looked around behind the computer like it would be there and said they cant find it. Then I asked if they can tell me where I can get one they said they had no clue. The worst service I had. Someone told me they know them there and that they are probably holding the item for a friend or themselves. Worst service I ever had at a gamestop!

I didnt even end up buying anything because I reconsidered after hearing the price (not gamestops fault, more nintendos), but the workers were very helpful and friendly.

By far my favorite GameStop. I order everything here, get all my in store bonuses here, but please fix the closing time, the store closes at 8:00 not 9:00.
