Just left this barnes and noble- i did shop there and very happy I did because they have such a great selection on books and the cashier was such a sweet heart, (for me thats a huge deal). Also if you are a frequent shopper i highly recommend getting the membership. I was a little hesitant at first now i dont understand why people dont get it. You easily save the $25.00 it cost to get one, its not only 10% off everything you buy, it is also consent promotions of 20%-50% off coupons in the mail and email. This book store is one of the bigger Barnes and Noble on Long Island (ive been to almost all of them on the island), it is also very clean and good vibes. The books are not thrown around like some other locations and i 100% know its not from employees ive seen people just rudely throw the books and supplies around but if the customers do it here then the staff is doing a good job because i didnt see a mess any where. Anyway go get some knowledge on at this location its a great one!

Had a great experience until Connie decides to ask me if I had anything in purse after I made a purchase.I just did not have the bags in my hand, my younger brother did. We were told to wait so she could check, then she proceded to help another customer. Which was really embarrassing because she made a scene when we where stop to then just have us stand and wait on her, with a toddler who was ready to go. Upon checking our paid merchandise, my cousin asked if that was all and she says I hope so. Very unprofessional, Ive been a paying customer of barnes & nobles for several years and have never experience such disrespect

Giant bookstore with something for everyone. Youll always find people sitting and reading among the books. A dedicated section to digital media has DVDs, Blu-rays, audiobooks, and music. Littered throughout the store, youll find toys, educational products, merchandise, and board games. Near the entrance, a nook display pushes B&Ns own e-reader. A Magazine section and Starbucks sit opposite the registers, and serves as a good place for people dragged there to relax. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect in a bookstore, and everything is kept well-sorted and neatly lined up.

Well since theres alot of people saying this store is good i really thhink it is gpod because they provide really good service so i want my mom to take me there since i like to read books and i want to be able to get somw really nice young adult books such as the fault in our stars or if i stay or somthing but god what would have been if this bookstore never was created thank god lovvvvve this bookstore thankyou!!!!!

When the competition from the online world is so big, they must learn to take advantage of the service they offer, and that is the physical book, and the customer service. I love Barnes and Noble, and really hope they will stay for good, but they should improve the long waiting for a question or for paying for something. I hate to give them only 4 stars, but i must be honest in my review.

Very big and clean Barnes and Noble. I came here all the way from New Jersey for a book only they had - even Union Square BN did not have it. Standard cafe at the bottom where you can grab a coffee and spend some time with books/magazines. In the area theres a big shopping mall and a ton of places to eat. Very helpful staff, immediately helped me get what I needed.

One of my favorite stores in the world. But, this particular location is the best. The staff is very nice and the managers are even better. There is an unlimited amount of books, records and things. The Starbucks staff is the nicest Ive ever seen. Im there at least once a week and enjoy my time there immensely. Two thumbs up

The staff are friendly and offer to help, but the loss of a new releases shelf in each section is very disappointing. This isnt specific to this location, its a Barnes & Noble thing now, but it takes away the primary appeal over just saving money on Amazon. I havent bought a book there in a couple of months now.

Great location with a good selection of books! The staff is nice and very helpful and they will always help you find what you need. There is also a big shopping mall nearby so you can get your books, shop for clothes and have a nice meal with your family.

Massive store front with a great selection. Definitely recommend checking their criterion collection as they have a great selection of movies. The full Starbucks cafe is very nice and the staff in the store are friendly and knowledgeable.

As soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed help. After a quick computer check she led me to the book and was so conscientious... She did this twice for me at different times... I couldnt imagine better service... Im very grateful!

The most lit Barnes and Nobel out there. I love B&N and I could honestly stay there for 80 days straight. The most chill vibes eva. I mean its much better than the one in Scarsdale. Dont even get me started. Anyways its pretty lit.

Overall this place is just wonderful. However when it comes to those little tiny lights does it take for your books, book lights, well make sure you keep your receipt with you because 90% of them dont work.

Last of a dying breed (bookstores). Great place, Teen authors weekend was great. Kids welcome, cafe available; good find of books. 1star is missing because no highlighters or pens specifically for Bibles

As another poster mentioned, could use a few more chairs and tables but otherwise a great bookstore to shop, browse, have a cup of coffee and a good read...bring your Nook and enjoy a free read.

Great store! Really nice to see the actual book before buying it. More people need to shop there so that itll stay open and not close up for good like all the barnes and nobles in Queens!

High quality Barnes and Noble with large size and great staff, but as with all brick and mortar, you pay for it with higher prices than online, and they do push the membership quite a bit
