I bought sleepers for my husband month ago, after month wering them they just feel a part, i called for some solution and spoke with menedger name is Michael but he sad cant help me with my problem wa very RUDE and not helpful at all, i saw this a no t first time happend hope this company will go out buisness cause they sell low quality product. STAY AWAY FROM SAINT PETERBUNG STORE. я купила мужские тапочки и через месяц подошева просто отпала я позвонила в компанию и говорила с менеджером Михаил он отказался решить мою проблему я некому не советую покупать у них товар очень плохое качество и сервис тоже

Not the friendliest place to shop, but they have the best selection of Russian books, DVDs, and CDs in one place. There is also a large selection of overpriced Russian gifts, but there are a few good bargains to be had. Be sure to check out the childrens section of the store, which has wonderful, high quality Russian childrens books and puzzles. If youre looking for a singing Cheburashka, this is your store!

A Private User

I ordered a couple of CDs online. They delivered to the wrong address, then insisted that the address was correct. It took us a week to finally find the UPS box opened and at a completely different address. The label on the box showed that it wasnt the UPS mistake, but in the book store they didnt print down the whole address.. I was greatly disappointed.

I stopped in because the sign outside said books, music, video and souvenirs. But did not say everything is in Russian. Almost all the books, calendars and videos are in Russian. They do have some nice trinkets like nesting dolls and such but not much else if you dont speak the language

Terrible customer service, so Russian! They shipped my order 5 days after a purchase, and when I emailed them about it their response was SO RUDE! Stay away!!!!!
