Its incredible that this place has gotten to be a disgrace!! People know your facts! People that live in Puerto Rico do not require a NY state license to use their Credit Cards to purchase products. Yes they carry a license from Puerto Rico because thats where they reside. And when on vacation no need for NY star ID or License. Discrimination to the fullest!!!! And the attitude needs severe adjustments!!!
