Have to get products from back ...almost all the time.....prices have gone up" big time"!!! Elimating products that r good!..and salon brands!....i will still go ...cause we need stuff all the time (and they know it too!!!)....(.just keep shelves stocked!!!)....still cant lower those prices?.....just keep Jackin it up!!!....pretty soon it wont benefit hairdressers!!!..,economy is hard !!....(.work with us!)...& have yet to get a flyer!!!. .....or mailing...with a % off!!...I am a very agreeable person...but when i see RIP OFF......I SPEAK OUT!!!

I like that the store is located in my hometown but i think that this place is a little slow at certain things. Ive been trying to sign up for a card for the longest and they keep telling me that they have to wait for the stock to come in for me to do so. So I called today and they got a new shipment but told me that I have to call back later! I dont have time to sit around & wait for them so I will gladly go to another store now
