Great community shopping center. Youll find a lot of restaurants such as Jacks Pizza, Bens Kosher Delli, Panera Bread, Outback, Applebees as a few others. The key stores most people seem to visit is Waldbaums, Barnes and Noble, GAP, Victorias Secret and Gamestop. There is also a smaller upper level which has a post office, a diner, a movie theater and a restaurant called Tony Romas. Just outside of the shopping center is a playground and a Queens Library if you are interested. This isnt an alternative to going to Roosevelt Field Mall but it is great for the local residents to do shopping or go out to eat or watch a movie without traveling very far. All areas of the shopping center are easy to walk to.

This shopping-center is a cut above,the typical lack of decent shopping choices,throughout Northeastern Queens,NYC. Even the STOP&SHOP, Bay Terrace supermarket is the BEST food-shopping choice,in many miles. Most Queens,NYC shopping areas,have unfortunately lost the needed fully-stocked supermarkets since the beginning of the 21st.Century. They could become more pedestrian-friendly,by adding more benches to take a needed break,from shopping here.

The Bay Terrace is situated in a good location. The movie theater, the multiple locations to grab a meal and ample space to walk around. The parking is central and spacious; that is great aspect of this specific location. During holidays naturally it does garner up crowds of people. One of the go to places when I am in the area.

The Bay Terrace Mall is like any other shopping mall in the United States. There are a lot of generic national retailers you can find anywhere. Theres nothing unique or local about any of the stores or shops here. However, there is plenty of parking, if you like unsustainable suburban development.

Great place for after school/practice, lots of kids during the school week and lots of different options. So many things to do like eat at Outback, Applebees, 5 guys, DD, Boston Market. Even some good local pizza from Jacks. Then you also have the theater and clothing stores and the bank.

The parking lot is a bit unorganized, if you can get over that fact, this place has some nice places and makes a good mall. You can do grocery shopping, watch a movie, go somewhere to eat, shop for some clothes, toys, or books. Cant say that about many places in Queens or New York City.

Bay Terrace is not far from my house, I used to go there more often when my kids were little, because I had to shop for clothing for them. Now we dont go there as often, and there is another reason for this is that there is a closer shopping center in our neighborhood on 20th Ave.

We visit always this shipping center cause there is spacious Express stores with a lot of variety. stop & Shop also is there for any grocery purchase... There are lot of more interesting things but mostly those two are my target stores... Clean and sophisticated environment.

Numerous restaurants choices like Stop and Shop, Panera Bread, Applebees, pizza Boston Market, Bens Deli. Variety of stores like Home Goods, Gap, Victoria Secret, Loft, Chico, Lane Bryant, Childrens Place, Health Nuts. Stores and restaurants are relatively clean.

Good mall, clean plenty of parking but has split design. The movie theater is on a separate level with some restaurants and separate parking lot. Not easy to get to if you park in the main mall lot. Otherwise its a very good mall for the area.

My favorite #shopping mall in North Flushing. Many fashion stores and restaurants. On the upper level you have movies. Great publix transportation via bus and express bus. Q13 and q28 stop there

This place got 3/5 stars mainly because of overcrowding and a horrendous parking lot setup. Be prepared for flashes of road rage while trying to find a park.
