The customer service provided by the employees of this pawn outlet is absolutely despicable. From lacking the willingness to negotiate on prices to becoming aggressive when things didnt go their way, I would never recommend anyone to buy or pawn items at this establishment. Their lack of professionalism and open use of profanity during a potential transaction is completely unacceptable. In short, the entire interaction, from start to finish, was simply horrendous. Save yourself the time and choose a similar pawn shop that treats their customers with respect - like the Pawn Outlet in the same strip as Little Caesars on Delsea Drive.

I went to this pawnshop and I went to two others in Vineland and this one was the worst!!! The woman had an attitude when she spoke to me, and only offered me $85 for my gold bracelet versus the other two pawnshops in Vineland that had offered me $150 and $175!!!Stay away from this pawnshop!!! Long story short, she basically treated my like a crackhead in desperate need to get rid of my jewelry for a quick fix!!! If I could I would of given them ZERO STARS!!! Poor customer service all around!!!

Skipped pass the pawn shop and went directly to the smoke shop since my fiancé hadnt been to this one yet. Was a great experience negotiating with the lady there. She had some good quality China made glass that was perfect for the area and a few cool accessories and dabbers etc. I told my fiancé about the experience and he went in 3-4 times after and also enjoyed his time there. He spent a few minutes checking out the pawn shop and was happy with the variety of items.

After the BAD experience I had in the other pawn shop I found out about this place. First of all, theyre so nice and polite. Very organized, clean and much bigger than the other pawn shop. I ended up selling my apple laptop for a very fair price and I also bought something from the nice lady in the smoke shop. Im in love with this place :) Highly recommended A+++++++

This place is great ! First off let me say Stacey is amazing such a sweet heart ! They have many name brand items and also if she doesnt have it ask her she can order it for you. Dont low ball her because her prices are very good already! If your looking for a great bong/pipe shop stop here she is very knowledgeable in her work and has a great passion for it !

A great spot for pawning the things you dont want a need. If you buy from there, they give great prices. You will find anything you need there and if you smoke well than that smoke shop is the perfect spot to find things you want and need. The two workers there are amazing and friendly. They will make you laugh and smile and enjoy your visit.

The combination of The R&D pawn shop/smoke shop is a spectacular experience. The ladies working at both counters couldnt deserve their job more. If you disagree, its because youre a scumbag trying to trade your girls 80s exercise equipment for herion, or just belong in cumberland county.

This place is so great. They work with you with what ever You have to offer. You can sell just about anything there and they give you decent prices for your things. The smoke shop side is amazing. The employees are respectful and they always have great energy.

I dont know if the people that are giving this place 5 stars are retarded or work there but thats a crock. They are rude ignorant people who will offer you DIRT for your item and then sell it at astronomical prices! Dobt waste your time!
