Ive moved to the Midwest after living next to this store for over 5 years and still live well by the guidance I received from the knowledgeable staff. They helped me find natural solutions for everything from acne, weight loss, hair growth, vitamins to help me supplement the need for certain otc medicines, natural body cleanse/detox, and the best shampoos and body wash a gal could ask for! The kick backs are awesome too make sure to ask for a card if you frequently visit to get cool discounts! The products & staff get 6 stars! I visit everytime I can get home to toms river to see my parents, thanks guys

Great local health food store. They have very delicious sandwiches, wraps, and soups made on site. They also make fresh juice but you have to get there early before the kitchen closes. They have a wonderful selection of vegan, natural, and whole foods.
